The girl at the counter was very courteous but the two other workers were sitting down and playing on their phones while people were waiting, and eventually left with about being served. My coffee was cold when it was given to me and apparently it just needed to be microwaved...are you kidding me? They are called the coffee bean and dont have fresh coffee brewed. The smoothie I ordered was made with frozen fruit and so thick and frozen it couldnt be consumed with a straw. Go and experience for yourself, just hope you get someone who will actually work.

I was in line behind a truck at roughly 5:57pm, albeit close to closing hours, figured since I was in line I could get my 5 year old the shaved ice I had promised her, instead some fat guy with glasses slammed the window in my face and threw up a closed sign... I have never been so disrespected by an establishment in my life, and if this is the way they now conduct business I say skip them and go elsewhere..

I love it! There is a lady who is there most of the time and she makes it perfect I practically go there every chance I get. The shaved ice is top notch. I havent tried any thing else because Im to hooked to their shaved ice. The service is excellent and the shack is nice and cool. The only thing Id wish for is to stay open longer. Overall the place is amazing.

At the bottom of my snow cone there was nothing but pure ice, no flavor or syrup at all. My husbands strawberry banana smoothie was made with one strawberry! Taste like banana, but no strawberry flavor at all. Very disappointing!!

They have excellent service and great tasting drinks. Its odd a previous person complained about Snobiz flavor because mine have always been great. I also love the iced-oreo drink.

Love it!! Go there every chance I get! One of mine and my friends favorite places to go no matter what the temperature. Only thing id like is the place to be open a little later.
