Over the past couple of years the service has taken a dive. A certain incident yesterday is what made me come to post a review of the Montgomery, AL Chipotle. Employees simply dont care. Aside from the steak on my steak taco yesterday being primarily fat, I witnessed another woman take a gesture from an employee that wouldve made me call the Manager out. A lady simply asked for a lime, and the girl behind the counter stared at her for about 5 seconds, rolled her eyes, and grabbed the container the lemon was in and held it out for the woman to grab a lime. I couldnt believe it. I wont be returning to this Chipotle location, since its just around the corner from Moes.

I am originally from the kansas city area where i used to eat chipotle every day for lunch and then i moved to an area where there isnt a chipotle for hours... when i found out there was a chipotle here in montgomery and i was here on business i went in and ordered my burrito. the staff was super friendly and the facility was very clean however i forgot my credit card and the manager on duty worked with me and made sure i had a hot fresh burrito waiting for me when i returned!!! i would recommend this location over the several i have been to throughout my life

I understand that some people are just straight up rude in Montgomery but, Just because you had a bad experience doesnt mean the restaurant is horrible. Every time I go there I enjoy my food. Its also fresh and hot. Stop being haters and give it another chance. DONT BLAME IT ON THE WHOLE RESTAURANT!!

I dont usually rate but I had to this time. Even after couple of complaints in person, employees do not know how to roll a burrito properly. One end of the burrito is always open. Tortilla gets torn apart every time. No one cares. There is no perfection. No other issues with this place.

New staff is sluggish and does not work very well under pressure. They are bad about not having everything cooked and ready to serve. Often I have had to wait several extra minutes because they were not prepared. They only work at a good pace when the line is almost out of the door.

We had such high hopes after hearing so much about how good they are supposed to be. I feel cheated. Chips and salsa cost extra and are stale. No queso at all. A total of 4 toppings for your burrito. No jalapenos or onions. Its like a super crappy version of Moes. Seriously bad.

This place goes through workers faster than one of their burritos can pass through a human body. 50% of the time they will ruin your order, and ordering with the app is a no go as they will mess your order up guaranteed.

As is to be expected at Chipotle the ingredients were fresh and tasty. The staff were super friendly and the manager even came out and chatted with us for a minute to see how we were doing. Good things as usual.
