I frequent many Starbucks. I have been to this one quite a bit as I work in that area. The morning staff is hit or miss. The man that works in the morning is polite and greets you normally. There are 2 other women that work the drive through and one of them is pretty rude. She just says hello in a depressing voice when you pull up. Then as she takes your order, the same groaning attitude. All the way until you get your food. Ok I get it lady your miserable. Who wants to deal with a grump first thing in the morning? She should be taken off the microphone and banned from talking to customers. Im only writing this because its every time I go there for the past year, and Im just fed up. I have thought about talking to the manager. Almost every other Starbucks I go to the people are nice and cheerful. Or at least just normal, which is fine too. But miserable, is just not acceptable. I wouldnt employ her. Today she gave me a knife to eat my oatmeal, as she growled "here".

Batista Kate working Wednesday morning was wonderfully patient and helpful. I dont come to Starbucks a lot, so I was confused by the menu, but she explained what the products were and help me order what I actually wanted. And this was in the middle of a drive-through rush! Wonderfully helpful.

Excellent personalities rule this Starbucks. The baristas are always grinning ear to ear and are very detail oriented. This Starbucks definitely has one of the best moods and staff, totally a energy refill type of joint - they get the Starbucks mission and values 100%. Keep up the great work !

Hit or miss on service, usually slow drive through and the parking situation is a mess. Inside is same, not very quick and never seems properly staffed. I dont blame the employees just seems they never have enough people making drinks

Wasnt sure what I wanted, barista asked my preferences and I was set from there. Drink was perfect and I loved it. Rarely get coffee flavored drinks due to bitterness, so this was the right amount of sweet and not one bitter taste.

Great coffee as always. The one knock on this location is the parking. The drive through line often blocks the parking lot. I generally park in the abandoned Best Buy. The parking lot wants the terrorists to win
