We have been dining at Ruby Tuesday since it opened here in Greenville, and one of the premier items has always been the salad bar. Yesterdays experience was an exception. There was only Iceberg Lettuce, and while it was fresh, showed signs of oxidation. The remaining salad bar was fair, but not up to the standards I am sure you hold. As for the entrees, I had the new Black Fire NY Strip. It was cooked to order (MR), but the intensity of the Cajun seasoning was beyond what I would think reasonably hot, which ruined the steak experience for me. My wife had the Tilapia, which had a "stale oil" flavor - not edible. Our server, Shante, was very attentive and apologized for the steak and offered to bring something else, which I declined. The crab bite appetizer was good and we had no dessert. This is our second negative experience with this store in as many months. Think you need some work on the kitchen.

Eat at Rubys fairly often but have to say rib eye steak was tough. Also salad fixings on salad bar were fresh buy charred broccoli was not appetizing potati salad w skins was terrible like three day old bakers that eete repurposed. Fire the corporate chef who did this to the restaurants! First time at this location since go to Fort Wayne. location with my wife. One more try in Fort Wayne so if same quality of meat will lose a customer.

This is one of our favorite places to eat any night! Great service! (ask for Howard or Harley) food is delicious. The steak is better than Logans steakhouse. yup. I said it! the house mad crab cakes are the best Ive ever had. Not many people come here anymore with all the bigger chains in the area, but they definitely keep our service.

We ate there on 7/10/17 I order the double decker chicken and it was very raw my husband got a burger that he wanted med rare they cooked it well we got the mini burgers for our son and they was like cardboard. They did take the chicken off our bill but it was still $40 and we all was unhappy with our food. We wont be back.

Place needs a major update. Looks like an old Shoneys. Ordered a petite steak with green beans and zucchini. Steak was over cooked and very salty. The 2 sides were good and the salad bar was good as well. Nothing really original about Ruby Tuesday except for the salad bar. Much better restaurants in Dothan Alabama.

Good food - my petite steak was well done as requested with delicious mashed potatoes. The onion rings were delightfully crispy as well. I like my tea incredibly sweet, but todays batch was still worth a refill. Finally, the Apple Icecream (Apple Crumble?) dessert was wonderfully delectable.

Very slow service ...I think our server was on meds or something .Manager came out to see how our service was after we made several compliants to the hostess.just feel with as many resturants to choose from in Dothan service like this will quickly have ruby Tuesday from staying much longer .

The food wad excellent and the staff was even better! The Manager came to see us at our table and was more than cordial and friendly. I plan on making it a regular stop when Im in Dothan, which is frequent. Thanks Ruby Tuesday of Dothan, Alabama for a wonderful meal and dining experience.

Great food! New waitress, very good service, shadowed by a veteran waitress, between the two we had probably best service from anywhere. Food was cooked perfectly. Site was clean, staff and atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. Really had a wonderful experience!

Good food, fresh salad at the bar. Service is usually friendly here. I dislike that they keep changing the strawberry lemonade recipe, but I guess that is more of a "chain" complaint and not this location specifically. Prices are okay, food portions are small.

I LOVE Ruby Tuesdays in Dothan. I love the buffalo chicken sliders and salad! And man, what a deal! I order it every time! The service is typically good. There are a few odd-balls in there, but it will NEVER stop me!

The salad bar is a draw, great variety and presentation. The service was like this time. Nobody to greet us at the door. Then the service at table was very slow from water to check. Perhaps new trainees.

We ate there tonight 3-3-2017 my order ribs with fries, shrimp, chicken. The food was not of good quality, meat was over cooked & had a bad taste. Would not recommend eating here.
