Saturday, 3/25/17, 4:00pm. Tried drive thru... worker acknowledged us but would not take our order... just background noise. Went inside, 3 workers... we were only customers in the store and nobody would even look at us. Asked drive thru attendant if somebody was working the counter and she mumbled something and walked away. Also, there were NO glazed doughnuts in the entire case and they didnt appear to be making any. Keep in mind, this is a new store. Final thoughts: DUNKIN DONUTS HERE WE COME!!

First of all they were rude when I ask about military discount. They told me no they dont do military discounts at this location and dont plan on starting... ok. Then half of the donuts were squished flat like Pancakes. Half of the glazed creme filled donuts were hollow with no creme at all. The girl at the window took my money, gave me my donuts then took forever to bring me my change back from a $20. The place was empty. Im thinking it was empty for a reason. Poor customer service.

Waited 10 min in the drive thru for two doughnuts... Wouldnt have been bad if I wasnt the ONLY car in the drive thru! Contacted "customer care" only to be told someone would call me in 72 hours... thats been three weeks ago. Wish I could give them no stars.

I LOOOVE Krispy Kreme although I must admit the coffee is often a bit bitter, however thats not my main reasoning for going. When that hot light comes on you know that your not getting a better doughnut anywhere else!!!

I was at this place on May 19 evening and didnot see the name of the employee but I just loved her,she loves her job and was very happy to serve the customers.. Me and my husband enjoyed the original glazed doughnuts..

It was free doughnut day and they were very pleasant about taking time to choose your favorite. They had a myriad of different doughnuts and other pastries. Service was friendly and fast.
