Worse experience at any restaurant in my life. Ive been a server for 12 years and would never ever treat a customer the way I was treated tonight. At Woodland Wa location. I went through drive through the girl asked me my order then she made a joke so I laughed her and all other girls in Back then started laughing very loudly and making comments about my laugh. She was laughing so hard she couldnt even finish my order little did they know who I am I just got an award for employee of the year from chamber of commerce in Woodland Wa and Im going to make sure action is taken. They were very mean. I am in shock they would ever treat a customer like that.

The finest customer service I have EVER experienced and the only time Ive ever tipped in a fast food restaurant. I asked (on my 79-year old mothers behalf) if they had tomato juice on their breakfast menu -- they did not, so she ordered water. Not a problem. As we were eating our breakfast, the gentleman who waited on us approached with a cup of tomato juice, which he had gone out and bought for her. We dont live near this Burgerville, but I will make a point of stopping in whenever I pass through.

Overall the food was good. The sweet potato fries were a nice surprise and the burgers tasted good. I feel like the price is a bit high for the quantity. Also, the chocolate shake I had wasnt very chocolatey (although I heard good thing about the other flavors from others in my group). Very fast and friendly service! It got 3 stars because it was fast food, and lived up to that reputation (better than mcdonalds and such, though), but dont expect anything much fancier.

Slow slow slow. This is without a doubt the slowest burgerville in the world. If you go through the drive thru youll be sitting for at least 10 minutes. For a fast food chain that touts environmental morals youd think they work on getting things done more efficient. Going inside and ordering speeds things up a bit but done think itll be fast like other places.

We ate here at 1040 pm after hiking Mt. St. Helens-- 20 minutes before they closed on July 4th. We were starved & exhausted. The staff was SO friendly and understanding of our state of hunger. Our food arrived quickly & it was delicious. Amazing customer service and delicious food. Were very thankful for their hospitality & excellent customer service.

Parking is tight, Walla Walla sweet onion cheeseburger was kind of lukewarm, not like if it came off a hot grill, tasted okay, gluten free bun okay, $1.10 extra. Giant Walla Walla sweet onion rings very good, fries okay, not done enough or very hot. Salmon salads were pretty good, reasonable price. Was very busy place for mediocre Burger joint

Great food and service. We were impressed by how clean the place was, even the highchairs were clean and prepared for the next child. We gave the cashier a big tip because she was so friendly and helpful. Such a nice family friendly place with healthy choices and perfect meal proportion. By the way the asparagus Spears were delicious!

I love Burgerville but I have a bit of a bad taste after visiting this one. The staff was not very friendly and were arguing openly in front of the customers. The burgers I received were cold and I could tell sat under a heating lap for the last couple hours. If in ever back in the area I wouldnt be going back here.

Burgerville is a wonderful option for the craving of fast food but its healthier! I have Celiac and they have a gluten free bun thats from Franz bakery based out of Portland, Ore and Franz has a separate facility for making gluten free products sold by Franz. So? Its essentially hassle free eating.

Its good for a quick in the road bite. They are going through a remodel at this time. One thing I wish they would fix is the confusion when you purchase small drinks. Sometimes I end up getting child size when I wanted the small. Stick with the small, medium, large tried and true program.

Ordered the bean burger and didnt like it. I walked up to order a different burger and the girl said, since you didnt like your first burger, well get you your next burger for free. Got the cheeseburger and it was very tasty. Great customer service

Ate here during vacation around 9pm. Service was great and had enough seating to accommodate a party of 7 but the food was very lackluster. Ordered a chicken sandwich and the cheese seemed plain and undercooked. Bacon was very hard and un-chewable.

Love burgerville and their willing to use local products. This one is clean and friendly. Ive eaten at some locations that dont have the same quality of food as this one. I go here often for a lettuce wrapped pepper bacon cheeseburger.

I live a mile away from this Burgerville and have been living here for about 10 years. They have great food and service! Its a great place. But some of the prices are a bit high. Like the $4.00 milkshake. But its all great food.

Would be 5 stars but I think its a bit pricey. $13.98 for a regular cheeseburger, 20oz drink and 5 onion rings. I do appreciate the fresh local thing, but at the same time its fast food.

good fresh quality ingredients, more so than mcdonalds. Not sure how much, or even if they use bio, binary chemicals. So dont complain human food class. Starchild 91 Zack coons

I love that they use local ingredients and the food was great!! I love how kid friendly it is with coloring pages, books, and they give seeds instead of a junky plastic toy.

Sure, it is a bit pricey compared to other fast food joints, but the quality is amazing. I am huge fan of the Walla Wall onion rings and the Cripsy Chicken sandwich.

Very good food, and especially well thought out to handle gluten and other sensitive problems. Staff was thoughtful and helpful and my gluten free burger was tasty!

Even though it is fast food, it still gave off a vibe of diner, fresh flowers on each table and brought your food to the table. Great service, clean and friendly.

Impressive establishment with nonhormone beef and fresh seasonal sides and desserts. Loses a star for plainly seasoned food, and the beef had little taste.

Fresh locally sourced ingredients makes all difference in the quality of food you get for the price, which I am happy to pay to support local business
