If there was less than one star I would have chosen that option. I went to the counter and ordered two original chicken sandwiches. One of them was completely plain and the other was mayo only....thats it. The woman at the register only spoke when she needed to ask a question like for here or to go and she was obviously not comfortable speaking to other people. I WAITED 20 MINUTES FOR TWO SANDWICHES and there was only one other customer after myself and we were the only two in the restaurant. So after the other customer was finished ordering the woman running the register walked off and I saw my sandwiches on the warmer rack ready to be bagged and they were done before the other person was done ordering. I finally got my food and got home and IT WAS WRONG! THEY CONSTANTLY SCREW UP ORDERS AND TAKE FOREVER I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND IM PASSING THE WORD ON!

I tried to order a small burger with lettuce and tomato instead of the meat and cheese, I also requested no mayo as I am vegan and they said no they can only put pickles and mustard on it. What kind of service is that? Edit: So, I get back to work with the food I ordered. Not only did they give me the burger that I told them I did not want (because they said they cant add tomato and lettuce) but it only had a meat patty and mustard on it. They literally went out of their way to give me something I specifically did not want. I am vegan out of personal and spiritual reasons. I think its awful that they would try to enfringe on someones religious freedoms. This is down right disgusting and I cant believe Burger King would employ people of this nature. Do NOT go here. Save your money for somewhere with decency.

Would be a negative is possible, portions look half the the size as others, my girlfriend and I have been here three times and every time they got the order wrong. I know that happens in the industry but it shouldnt EVER happen when you only have one guest. They werent busy and the employees were always screwing around. Maybe if they didnt do that they could get a simple order right. Nuggets were undercooked or have been sitting under a warmer, food was mushy. Would never recommend to anyone, even a homeless man. Only reason why we have been in here as much as we have is because there is not much else in the way of food without some sort of drive. Im suprised BK has such low standards.

7:00 PM 8/5. Came here ordered exactly what was on the coupon, plus some chicken nuggets. When we handed the coupon to the younger employee working the counter, he asked for help from whoever was working the drive through with him. That other employee proceeded to act super disrespectful & demanding about how we should have told him about the coupon while we were ordering. If it makes it easier that way, then fine, but no need to be practically yelling it at us in a disrespectful manor. Super irritating, we wont be coming back to this particular BK.

One of the few fast food burger places that you can get a veggie burger. The use the garden Burger, which is fairly low in protein. I wish they had used a morning star griller Prime. It has 3X more protein. It seems like are trying to go too fast to be able to do a good job. The burger usually has overcooked areas that are impossible to eat because they are so hard. The fries usually seem a little stale. Most of the time they make you pull around to the side even though theres not a car behind you. Then you forget to ask for touch up because of that.

Ordered my food for 3.99 but when I got to the window they asked for 4.39. because I didnt ask for the value size coke, even though I asked to substitute coke for the coffee. what I did do is ask for no coffee and they offered to replace it with a coke they should you replace it with a large 1 and charge you more. when I told the girl at the counter that I did not want a larger coke she got angry put my coke down and walked away. Im sorry but if you took my order right the first time this wouldnt happen lousy lousy restaurant

Come here for sausage croissanwiches when I need that morning fix. Havent had anything else really because all I ever eat from burger King is breakfast. Would be 5 stars but this location hires the worst English speakers possible to the point I literally have no idea what they say when they talk to me. I know Latinos are heavily employed in fast food, but even a Californian like me who grew up around Spanish and Latinos says this is hard to understand. Hopefully they will fix this in the future.

I have been to this Burger King 4 times in the last 2 years, and I will never go there again. Nobody speaks English, and they have never gotten even ONE of my orders right. This place is PATHETIC. I stood at the counter once for 5 minutes while the employees relaxed and joked at a nearby table--my daughter and I were pointedly ignored. If I darken the door to this place again, it will be because Hell itself has frozen over.

horrible employees and food doesnt make up for it. There still hast been a time i get my order right. I constantly drive by late at night and even tho they are open they fail to turn on any of the "Open" or "Drive Thru Open" signs on. Ex employee said they do that on purpose so people think its closed so they dont deal with any late night customers. Lazy and rude as they come.

Consistently the worst in Portland. Be prepared to wait, have rediculous service, missing food in your order, and your food may be cold. It really is that bad. Ive lived on this side of town for years and this location has never been good. There are plenty of fast food restaurants on 99W - my advice is that you go somewhere else.

I went into this Burger King today and tried to order a breakfast sandwich and the girls at that took the orders count nt speak enough english to take my order correctly. There is a big problem in the US. The language here is ENGLISH not Spanish. If you cant understand and speak the language GET OUT!!!

Worst experience so far. Patty was so cold it could not even melt the cheese slice which was placed directly on the patty. Yuk! Dining room was colder than the outside evening temperature. Like to froze while eqting my cold Whopper. Ice cold, rock hard plastic seating surfaces. Nothing welcoming here.

The quality of food here is terrible. They always have something wrong; receipt machine doesnt work, out of soda, only give you one or two sauces, dont have corrext ingredients for the items they sell, and the staff is very nonchalant which makes ordering seem very hard.

Homeless guy in drive thru and in dining room picking a fight with me because I refused to give him money ... Staff didnt deal decisively given the circumstances. Food was ok but very uncomfortable situation ordering food. Please kick them out when they start yelling "
