Pretty crazy actually. Went once in 2015. Horrible experience. I do breakfast with a group of 3-10 EVERY Saturday morning.Thought we we would give it another chance. BAD IDEA. They were busy, totally cool, I love that. We waited abnormally long. No big, they were busy. The menu is a little challenging to decipher (example they have a picture of hash benedict but it is mixed in the same menu item as the traditional eggs benedict) Asking for some clarification from our waitress and were met with a pinch of sarcasm. OK, cool. We all order different versions of the same thing and are met with sarcasm again from the lady who delivered the food when we asked which ones were which. I am a little perturbed at this point but eat the marginally decent food. The third person to come out is the owner Evalina. My friend asks her if she can take his card as we are headed to work and she snaps at him that shes not taking his card and she just came out to help out. I try to lighten the mood buy making a smart comment which included a profane word. TRULY JOKING just trying to lighten her mood. And she FREAKS! Telling me its her restaurant and she isnt taking the card. I tell her she is extremely rude and she asks me to "GET THE F?&! OUT OF MY RESTAURANT" to which I calmly reply "Gladly" I wonder if she knew who I was? Doubtful. I wonder if she knew I donated to her and Craigs mission work? Don think so and dont care but come on! This is they way you roll? I will spread the word.

If youre looking for a Cuban sandwich DO NOT order theirs. It will make you mad. Their pulled pork is a pork fritter. They added a mountain of lettuce, tomato, and replaced the traditional bread with an untoasted hamburger bun. Calling it a Cuban sandwich on the menu is nothing but flat out false advertising. About the lettuce Id be curious to know how many thousands of pounds they waste a year because they put so much on peoples food. Please stop calling it a Cuban and let people know what theyre actually getting and do not tell people "besides the pork fritter its a regular Cuban". If youre thinking I wonder if their take would be any better....no, no its not. Its barely edible thanks to the very dry and tough pork fritter and all of the lettuce fills you up before youre half way done....wasting more food. In regards to customer service I felt like we were alone in there. Waitress barely came around and the food took forever to cook...I now see why the Cuban took so long to cook. Outside of this Im sure its a great little place to eat. Since that was my first and only time Ill ever eat there I couldnt take away all your stars, giving the benefit of the doubt that all of their food isnt like the Cuban I had to give two stars.

Craig, I think you forgot the fact that you did not hear the interaction yourself, BUT, 2 other people did. I asked them both if I was out of line and the both said your wife was not only rude once but twice, and it wasnt even directed at me initially but the second time it happened I chose to speak up. My use of a profane word was not ok. I accept that part as my own. However, the way we were treated from start to finish was terribly bad. I never look for recognition when donating which is why I always do it anonymously:) Th reason I donated to you before was because I am in recovery myself and believe in helping others. My point was that you never know who you are dealing with. I would never threaten a woman under any circumstance. I was raised better than that. I also will not EVER be talked to the way your wife talked to me and my friends. Your wifes version of the story is inaccurate and I assure you that if anyone wants the truth there are 3 separate people who will corroborate what REALLY happened. IN AN EVEN STRANGER TURN OF EVENTS THE CUSTOMER NEXT TO US HEARD THE CONVERSATION AND SEEKED OUT THE OTHER 2 IN OUR PARTY TO SAY THAT THEY HAD HEARD THE CONVERSATION AND COULD NOT BELIEVE THE OWNER WAS TALKING THAT WAY.

Love this place! Bright. Clean. Fast service. Excellent menu selection. FANTASTIC spot for kids. The quality of the food is excellent. I was worried about that, bc reviews here focussed a lot of huge serving size, and (in my experience) places that focus of quantity lack in quality. NOT HERE! The meals were fresh & flavorful and did not make me sick after (a lot of restaurants do). We stopped here on a whim, for an "emergency meal" when we were out later than expected. But Im going to make a point of coming back again and again, even though we live 30/40 min away. Im soooo relieved to finally find a diner that makes quality, tasty food. Hooray!

This place is amazing. The food is outstanding and the staff are wonderful. When you go in its back to the classic diners with a hint of modern touch. Your free to sit where you want and go over the menu which has a good wide selection of foods to chose from. The prices maybe a bit on the higher end, however the proportions of what you get in your meal, makes up for it ten fold. You will not go home still wanting to eat. Though if you make it through your super delicious meal, I recommend their hand made shakes that are amazing. Oh fyi they do have a menu online and if you want, you can call ahead of time to place your order to go.

I cant really say anything about the food....we never received any. On a busy Friday night my wife and I stopped as we are new to the area and our neighbor had recommended it. Placed our order and proceeded to wait and wait. I understand busy but we were starting to wonder as people who came in after us started receiving their orders. After 45 minutes our waiter came over and informed us that what I ordered they were out of!!! He had to wait 45 minutes to tell us? Are we supposed to order again and wait another 45? Too bad, but we wont go back, there are other restaurants around. I would not recommend.

The good: their portions are filling, the food is pretty good, and the servers are welcoming and attentive. The overall impression I left with was positive, but some things could use work: They dont seem overly interested in maintaining a common theme. Several people said it had a Jeep or old car theme and they do indeed have that, but its cluttered with several other themes, too. Maybe one theme per wall? The menu is a deluge of single spaced typing and I dont recall any pictures...Its a hard read and several items served arent on it such as teas and desserts. The dining area could use some upkeep.

I dont think there is a time when they are not super busy, too many people have found out about this breakfast gem. They have expanded twice already, dramatically increased their friendly and speedy staff, and they are even more packed every time I have gone in. If you love a huge delicious inexpensive breakfast, served any time of day, are willing to wait for a table or sit at the counter, this is the place. Actually, never mind, please go somewhere else until they build a bigger restaurant. I dont get to go out much, but when I do, I dont want to have to wait 20 mins for a seat at the counter at 2pm. :(
