So Im in a foreign land, Millcreek and I need something to eat. I gave up little children because there are some laws against cannibalism, although Sweet Baby Rays Barbecue Sauce makes everything taste great (F.Y.I.). Now slightly to my left I spot this hidden place and some guy walks out with a box.Could it be this is free box day? I dont know but I have some relatives who "Flew the Coop", if you know what I mean...So naturally the name Wing Coop catches my eye; I slowly walk in not sure if this is some Illuminati Underground House of Worship.Eventually I am given the code name 4 Piece Special till 4 pm...they sense Im not a local. Soon I am forced to sample from a ritual spoon and some guy points to the "Sauce Maker" who just happens to be there.Coincidence? I dont know. Later I am asked by 3 members Aaron, Vince and Chang, "What did you think of the meal?" Not wanting to leave without "The Box", I quickly tell them I agree with the written tablet above them (The Menu). All I know is Im flying back to "The Coop" as often as I can. In the meantime, I pray they eventually open a ward in A.F. Sadly, I never got that box but they sent me off with 3 sacred garments, known only as Fingerbowl.

I ordered the daily special that included a pitcher of beer first thing the server asked was I need to see your ID (Just like that no personality plus I am 50 years old. The other person drinking was thirty) Then we choose the two sauces we wanted.she then asked if we would like ranch dressing or blue cheese? We said, "both.." We sit down. The server comes with our order. then asks "Is everything ok?" One of us asks for fry sauce and the server as he is leaving the table said "Are you comming to get it?" We said, "No, is there a problem?" He brings it to us and harshly mentions that there is a charge for that. We said, "we do not need it" he acted like its to late now just keep it. I felt it was a hostile enviroment. I wanting to leave..I will never eat there again...and hope they clean up there customer service. My reciept does not even have an itemized charge, it only indicates rather you want to give a tip or not. Plus who has ever heard of serving draft beer without the condiments!!!!

I went in to pick up a phone order. Wasnt quite ready when I came in, had to wait just a couple minutes, no big deal. It seemed pretty busy and the 2 workers seemed to be working as fast as possible, and the girl who helped me was very kind. It seemed like a very cramped place. I liked how it was set up as far as decor, but I had to walk through tables and brush against people to get to the counter. Its just uncomfortably cramped for my taste. I wouldnt likely dine in, although many people were. It was a little dirty... at the front desk there was dust buildup on the computer and surrounding area that had definitely been there a long time, and around the fryers looked like a good amount of old grease buildup. I would say its overdue for a thorough cleaning. Lastly, the food was great! I have no complaints as far as taste and food preparation. We ordered 3 different kinds of wings/tenders and a few sides. I liked it all. I may come in again, but unsure.

I normally go there for the tenders (If you look at the price and notice they are expensive, they are but that is because they seem to be about half a chicken breast each) and cant get enough of the Rajun Cajun sauce. This morning however was different, we heard that they started doing breakfast and I was curious what a breakfast burrito with my favorite sauce would taste like. The answer is that it tastes amazing. Chorizo, mushroom, onions, cheese, eggs (and I passed on the tater tots) all topped with some Rajun Cajun sauce made for an awesome burrito. My wife had the chefs suggestion of a Chorizo, mushroom, onion, green peppers, tater tots, cheese and egg with the spicy garlic sauce and other than taking a nap from the food coma she was very happy with it.

Im a huge wing coop fan, and have been a repeat customer for many years but the service I received tonight was horrendous. When the kitchen crew member was bringing our order to the table, he dropped one of our wings on the ground. And left it there. He looked at it, looked at me, shrugged and walked away. Another customer jumped up and said "oh Ill clean it up.. Got it!" And the kitchen employee said thanks. He did not bring us a replacement wing. I was extremely disappointed that he acknowledged that he dropped the food we paid for on the ground and didnt seem to care at all. No apology, no replacement, didnt even clean it up himself. Worst wing coop experience Ive ever had. I expected more.

The Wing Coop has been improving greatly. They have changed their menu to include two different types of wings so that everyone can find some that they like. They have "Juicy" wings and "Crispy" wings now. The "Juicy" wings are big and tender in the center and the "Crispy" are smaller and are extra crispy. They are both delicious. Also, most of the time, they really try to accommodate people. If you have special requests, they really try to give you what you want. All you need to do is ask politely and they will get you what you need. If you have negative feedback, you should let them know while you are there so that they can rectify the problem as well.

Wings & sauce are decent, but thats all the positive I can say about this place. $20 for 18 wings. I though maybe theyll be bigger than average? Maybe they include carrots & celery sticks? Nope. Just 18 dinky wings for over a buck a piece. And we had to throw the wings in the oven at home to crisp up the soft chicken skin. Sauce costs extra, carrots and celery are extra, service is middling to nonexistent, and we ended up having to recook our own wings. I dont know how this place stays in business, other than catering to diners who dont care about price, value or the quality of food. They just want to eat in a "hip" place.

The wings were alright... thats about it. I called in an order and the man was very rude to me on the phone. Then when I went to pick it up I had a coupon and he was rude again and acted like he was mad that I had a coupon. He handed me my stuff and didnt even ask if I needed anything else...drinks etc... I figured maybe he was having a bad day and gave him a smile and said "thanks". He just ignored me and turned to the person behind me in line and said. "do you need something?" in a rude tone. At home, the wings were alright but 4 hours later I was sick and puking them up all night. TERRIBLE.....WILL NEVER GO AGAIN!!

First let me say, my wife and are go here more than any other wing place, and in the winter, after skiing, probably frequent it 3 - 4 times a month. The wings are truly that good. HOWEVER - ive never once been there when the customer service was anything other than appalling. Shouting matches between cooks and cashiers, temper tantrums, I even had a sauce I wanted (cause they gave me the wrong one) thrown at me. If an owner is out there anywhere, tell your staff to shape up big time - very few people are as forgiving as I.
