I went through the drive through and order a 3item meal and a kids meal on my way to finish helping my mom set up her classroom before school starts Monday. I get to the school which is about 10mins away and i notice my 3rd item is missing and the kids meal is ALL string beans and 1 small piece of meat(a two year old will only eat so much of the string beans and its supposed to be chicken AND string beans) the kids meal part was annoying but i just fed him meat from my food. I called the store to tell them what happened and the guy i talked to said if you bring in your receipt before 9pm we will give you a 2item plate free of charge. By the time I was able to get back over to the panda express it was 850pm. I had an exhausted 2year old who was melting down and they were pretty busy. I got up to order with my receipt in hand and told the girl what I was told when i called earlier. Another lady jumped in and said "we wont give you a free 2item plate for that all you get is your entree" i responded with "that is not what i was told when i called and talked to the man who answered the phone" she snapped back with " who did you talk to?" Me- "he never said his name" rude employee- " did they write down your name? " me-" idk if they wrote anything down they never asked for my name. " rude employee grabs my receipt and walks in the back them come back out and says "he only said you get your entree." Me- "that is not what i was told but ill take Orange chicken so i can go"........... she then handed me a box of orange chicken that she sloppily filled and got sauce all over the out side of the box. There was never any remorse of the restaurants mistake and i was treated like i was stealing from them when I fully paid for the food i was not given. It was super inconvenient that i had to drive back there and then to be treated so badly and didnt get anything to even try to make up for any of it. I wasnt even given an apologize. I dont even believe she talked to anyone when she went In the back since the person who i supposedly talked to didnt come out to talk to me personally like they should have. HORRIBLE customer service

Had tried them once before with online ordering to save on wait to and sadly still had to wait on order for 15 minutes after getting there...was ignored while trying to put in an order at the tea bar and all around service was very poor. The food was hot and fresh...as it should have been considering the wait. Since a fan of Panda Express since its mall days in Brooklyn...tonigh I figured would give this location a second chance and happy to have done so. The line staff were quick...friendly and efficient and huzzah the tea bar was open. From walking through the door...ordering time and walking out took only about 20...with waiting a few minutes for fresh egg rolls. Was also very pleased to see...being formerly in food service...the manager hop in right beside her workers and help to move things along. Hopefully this level of service will continue and I suggest you try the Vietnamese Style Iced Coffee.

I have been a long time Panda Express fan for many years , unfortunately I am tired of being ripped off every time I go through the drive-thru. Besides the fact that half the time they dont get the order right the other half of the time they charge you for the order and forget to put stuff in your bag. I dont know how many times I have gotten home and found items missing from my bag but was still charged for them tonight I ordered and my order came out wrong again like normal but instead of giving me a plate like she should have instead of a bowl she decided to give me a tiny little red container with beef and broccoli and say thats the same as a plate. Well I am tired of being ripped off and will not be returning to Panda Express again

Let me start by saying that I believe the food is good for the most part. But the customer service needs some serious help. I got through the line somewhat ok. When I got to the end to finish up my order the girl who started the order just stopped and moved back to the next customers behind me. And that would have been fine so long as the guy ( Ricky) ringing up the food would have been prompt and courteous. He left me standing there waiting to pay (and ask for a drink ) then after a few minutes he came over to ring up my order . I paid. He walked away without giving me my order. He started helping another co-worker with other things.. I finally said something. Then he finally came over and gave me my order.

Went through the drive thru, gave my order, had them repeat my order and they STILL gave me the WRONG food. When i got my food the fried rice was mushy, cabbage in the chow mein was uncooked and the green bean chicken was burnt. This place is terrible. And this was my 3rd time there. Never goin back again. Save yourself the trouble and take 5 mins to go to the one on gilbert and university. Its so much better than here. Negative stars.

Love love love this place. I always get the teriyaki chicken and steamed veggies, although I tried the chicken and green beans and found it to be delighful. I recently had to wait for veggies and the waitress was nice to give me a complimentary drink for my wait. I wasnt complaining about the wait haha, but it was a nice gesture which says to me they care about their customers. The food is always fresh and really good choices.

Lost a loyal customer today. These other reviews arent off at all. Not only this establishment Panda express but resteraraunts across the U.S. have poor ratings. Since Ive been back in az, every one I go to has problems. Never ready, food quality has gone down, rude employees, very ignorant. The CEO needs to do undercover boss for this company. Very ashamed Panda.

DONT TOUCH THE GLASS!! Maria* will scold you brusquely. Seriously!? Im paying $12 for fast food and am rudely told to keep my hands to myself. God forbid I need to use the restroom. Food was meh. Service was obviously subpar. As a foodservice worker I was quite disappointed. *real name withheld because im not that big of a jerk

Always plenty of great tasting food! Fast service, friendly and clean. Samples you can ask for before making your final choice(s). Pepsi products (Mountain Dew) that offers refills per visit. Parking is interesting, you can only make right turns to exit the parking lot. Busy intersection, drive thru moves fast. Friendly staff.

My favorite part about this Panda Express is that they have a Drive Thru!! The restaurant is clean. The staff is friendly. The drive through gets a little crowded at dinner time, but if I have ever had to wait super long, they have always given me a discount for my patience. Food is about the same as at any other Panda.
