Havent been to Ruby Tuesday in quite a while. But I always like their food and the only place that still offers a salad bar. We sit down and order our drinks. The waitress comes back to take our order-We all wanted to order a dish that either had Broccoli in the dish or as a side. She says they do not have Broccoli today, but that they can substitute it with Green Beans. Well I ordered the Chicken and Broccoli Pasta Dish. There is NO SUBSTITUTING Broccoli with green beans for this dish. CLEARLY. They should have told us right away what, if any, items were not available from the menu. So we all took some more time to pick something else, that we really didnt want. I already knew what I was gonna order before we even got to the restaurant, so I was very disappointed. One of us ordered Cauliflower as the substitute for the side, and they charged extra as an extra side!!!?? 2 of the three drinks had stuff, like the size of the inside of the Sunflower Seed, floating in the soda, and eventually adhering to the side of our glasses. Or plastic mugs actually. They should use real glass, the mugs were cloudy and disgusting. DIRTY!! This location is dirty. I wish I would have snapped a pic of the floating substances in our Mugs for this post. NEVER AGAIN WILL I VISIT THIS LOCATION! Service can sometimes improve or not. But dirty will always be dirty. And when you have a Manager walking around asking how our service was, who has rotten front teeth!! This is the face to the place. I guess what you see is what you get.

I rated this one star because I had to if it were up to me i would of rated them no stars. I usually love ruby tuesdays or at least the one in Phillipsburg. This is the first time(AND THE LAST) I have visited the Bethlehem location. As soon as we walked through the door the first thing you see is the extremely gross and dirty salad bar. As we stood there for at least 5 minutes to be even noticed let alone seated we looked around and noticed all the employees huddles by the bar just talking in a group. Finally sometime came over to seat us and as we sit down at a table that looked like it has never been wiped the menu and tables were soooooo sticky. The two waiters wiping off the table where discussing how poor people have tipped which I found to be extremely rude to do so in front of customers. The one guy that was wiping the table must of been using a dirty musty towel because every time he wiped it legit smelt like straight ASS!!!!!! My server has yet to come over and ask if anything is needed and its been 30 minutes but he has walked by texting on his cell at least 5 times. This has to be the worst restaurant Ive ever been too. Its so bad this is the first review I have ever written in my whole life. Its a damn shame especially for being almost brand new restaurant. I will be sticking with going to the Phillipsburg location at least there I know Ill get better service and someplace clean to eat.

A friend and I went to dinner at the Ruby Tuesdays at 2102 Emrick Blvd in Bethlehem, Pa. The location was not too bad. After arriving, my friend and I waited about 5 mins to get seated which was not bad either. We place our order for appetizers and a main course. After the appetizers came, our main course took longer than normal to come, our waitress said it was unusual for it to take long, but it will be out shortly. After 10 mins our main course finally came, I had the chicken trio. Now I took a bite from one of the chicken which I noticed tasted kind of funny, so I decided to cut the chicken in half. Now I know why it tasted funny, the CHICKEN WAS RAW!!!. It was apparently under cook and I ended up loosing my appetite. I told the waiter who was helping another customer to take it away, and do not bring me a replacement I am leaving. Soon after my original waitress came in which she apologized and said the manager was investigating. One after the other 2 of the managers came and apologize for the mishap. I am definitely not going back to Ruby Tuesdays if this is the kind of food they will serve. Where did they find these cooks? How can you not know if a piece of meat is raw before trying to serve a customer? I was informed that I was gonna get a call from the district manager if I left my number, I am still waiting for that call.

This has been a favorite place of mine, love the asiago peppercorn steak. Last night, the steak ordered medium arrived still mooing, smothered in the cream sauce and cheese beyond recognition, way more sauce and cheese then steak on the plate. The brussel sprouts cold and even colder by the time they returned my steak, now med-well to well done. The salad bar had several empty bowls when I went up, refilled so I made a 2nd trip to get some of my favorites. The beer was good, the bartender friendly and corgial to the problems including the dirty steak knife. You need new management here, hopefully not the gentleman at cooking counter plating entrées and serving plates at the bar with his filth apron. And maybe next time the bartender could have a real break, it was hard to watch her on far side trying to eat while taking care of her customers. Wont be back for quite a while, coupons will now go in the trash. You should observe your recent star ratings...

Took the wife there tonight for an evening meal. Had a free burger for my birthday. My wifes burger came out fine, mine was pretty raw. I asked for medium. Sent it back with two bites out of it. Got it back warmed up (through a microwave I guess), and it was no better than it was the first time. Usually they will cook you another, not just warm it up. I was really surprised about the way they went about it. Eric our waiter didnt really seem to care if it was right or wrong. This was one of my favorite eating places in the valley. Guess who wont be eating there anymore. And I will make sure my friends know about the experience at your restaurant. What a way to ruin a birthday!!!!!

So I eat at alot of places with my wife, the first thing i look for is the service, if your taking forever to get me my drinks i can;t imagin how long it would take to get my food. Ruby Tuesday is nothing like the places I eat at. Great Service Great Food, and The waiter I had today Jorge did such a great job making sure everything was perfect. I thank him for his hard work. Great quality food. The staff is friendly. The patrons and the over all atmosphere is very family friendly. We lost or debit card the night we went to dinner there (last week or so) and when we called the next day to ask if we might have left it there the manager was holing the debit card for us. Thank you to whoever found it and returned it, and thank you the the staff for hold it for us. You dont see that honesty too often now a days,
