Worst experience EVER!!!! Where do I begin? I wont even mention the wait because thats not really their fault, but I will address everything else. First of all; they "claim" to accommodate those with allergies, they even give a big speech on how they "walk the dish down the line" to ensure that nothing gets touched. My wife is extremely allergic to dairy and gluten, which was communicated to not only the server, but to the chef, who came to the table to "ensure" that it would be done right. There are little to no salad options on the menu so they said they would put together a salad for her with lots of veggies to accommodate her allergies. When the food finally did come out, she got a plate of lettuce with CHEESE all over it! Hello? Dairy allergy??? My steak came out rare (I ordered it medium) so they took it back to be recooked, and then they forgot about it! After everyone else ate and the check was brought, I asked where my steak was. They brought it to me burned. My shrimp were very small so I didnt get the meal I was wanting after an hour and a half wait. Everyone else at the table had issues too. It was Lobster Fest and my stepdads lobsters came out with one overdone, and one undercooked. They did manage to fry my grandparents shrimp ok, but heck, Long John Silvers can do that. For a seafood restaurant, I was displeased at the quality, especially for what they charge. They really dropped the ball and we wont be back. The only part about this place thats worth it is the biscuits, and thats sad, because I love seafood and was really looking forward to this place opening. Thumbs down Red Lobster Eugene, THUMBS DOWN.

First time Red Lobster customer. A close friend of mine had "dinner at Red Lobster" on her birthday list, so off we went. Initially upon arrival, I was very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and decor of the restaurant. It was really nice! We were promptly seated. The hostess made special arrangements to seat us in a larger than needed table, (per our request) due to the large size of our party. Due to my profession, I find myself always at a diner, a restaurant, 5 star steakhouse etc. but I tell ya, the service from the wait staff was second to none. Super impressed with their professionalism and hospitality! We ordered appetizers, salmon, and lobster. The food was excellent and served exactly as requested -(knowing the pickiness of some in our party, getting the order right was no small feat). All said, the food was awesome, and the service even better. The waitress even brought out a cake and performed an impromptu rendition of "happy birthday". This really made my special guests day! I was super impressed, will recommend!

We stopped there while traveling through Eugene for lunch. The restaurant was not busy. We were immediately shown a booth and given our menus. Then we waited, and we waited and we waited. Finally our waiter showed up and took our drink order. Then we waited, and we waited and we waited. He was serving two other tables during this time but mostly he wasnt around. There was also a waitress in our section, which looked like it was the only section opened, that was serving the other two tables. Five tables with two servers. Our waiter finally came by and took our order. In a reasonable time our food was served. Then we waited, and we waited and we waited. Finally we asked for our bill and about 10 minutes later he came back and asked if we would like any desert. No thanks, just our bill and yes you got it, we waited, and we waited and we waited. Finally we got our bill and decided to pay cash instead of putting it on our card because we were tired of waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Worse service ever.

While I absolutely adore Scott, the best waitperson imho, I feel Red Lobster is hit and miss. I generally eat here with my elderly parents maybe twice a year. I always sit in Scotts section because he is hilarious and attentive as well as highly knowledgeable about the menu items. Our visit there on 1/15 was to celebrate my birthday/anniversary. We were one of two 8 or more groups so expected a wait, but boy did we wait! For everything from our drinks to our food to our check. Luckily, Scott was very aware- apparently they were short staffed that day- and we honestly didnt mind because we were all chatting. Good company made it worth the long wait. Our food was good, and the giant piece of chocolate cake was big enough to share between all of us. Only giving three stars because I truly think that whatever was going on behind the scenes needs to be assessed.

Good food, friendly service and decent prices. Only complaint was that they gave me mashed potatoes when I ordered a baked potato. Im sure if I said something they would have fixed it, but I didnt bother them. They were quite busy. They were supper friendly to my 6 month old, who loved their biscuits. Our waiter was very friendly and timely on refilling our drinks and biscuits. Overall a good experience. It was $92 + tip for us two adults , but we werent cheap on our selections, so it was expected.

I was unsure about going to Red Lobster. We live om the coast and we catch much of our own seafood. I just wasnt sure it would be good. I was really surprised! The atmosphere was quiet and enjoyable. The smells were excellent. Everything was clean and polish. Everything we rendered was prepared excellent and was nice and warm. The iced tea was perfect. The very best part was our server Lyn. I would be happy to do business with her any time. Thank you for the excellent experience!

Came here the other night, for endless shrimp. I can honestly say that Taylor was the best waitress that I have EVER had, in my entire life. She was friendly, very attentive, & made sure that I went home happy and full. She put multiple refills in at a time & made sure that I never had to wait long for more shrimp. If you can, I recommend you sit in Taylors section.

We spent $84.00 for 3 people.... Waitress was wonderful! Salads wilted and the shrimp on them not fresh....Food so over fried that we took most of it home and actually threw it away....so over fried it was rubbery...Was very disappointed as we took our son out for serving his country for 7 years... Way over priced....But I repeat the waitress was just wonderful.

Red Lobster is Red Lobster near anywhere. The food was OK, but took a while to come out. The parking lot was packed, but not a lot of people inside. For 3 adults and 2 small children the bill was $75~. Kind of pricey for what we got I think. The big negative was the amount of time we had to wait on our food.

Me and my family actually walked out I have never done that at a resturaunt before the floor was disgusting and the table we were giving was dirty as well. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. The resturaunt is usually in good order but for the price of food it should at least be clean.
