Went for the weekend all day happy hour - $2/oyster. There were five oysters choice, tried one each before deciding to go for 2nd round of oysters with our preferred choices. Glad that the oysters were of decent size and fleshy. Had bad experiences at other oysters bar where they offered tiny oysters for happy hour! So this was good. Ordered their French fries to accompany our oysters. They were yummy, though a rather small portion. The decor is simple and non-pretentious. Its quite easy to miss them too if you werent specifically looking out for it. Forgot to place a reservation, thankfully we were early and manage to get a spot immediately. Many tables around appears to be reserved. Best to make your reservation before popping by! Service was friendly and good. Overall, we had a good experience. Will be back when the oyster craving hits.

Three of us went here for dinner on Saturday night. It was not crowded so we were seated immediately. We had been here once before so we knew what we wanted. We ordered a dozen fresh oysters on ice which were great. For entrees, I had the pasta with shrimp in a light tomato cream sauce. The sauce was delicious and there were lots of large shrimp. We all liked the garlic toast! My companions both had the frutti de mare which was filled with clams, mussels, crab, white fish and large shrimp. I also had a lemonade while they had white wines. This restaurant is great and we will return many more times!

I kinda feel weird walk into a nice and pricy seafood restaurant in a poor area, can’t help notice the contrast. Our seafood and shrimp pasta cooked perfectly, the seafood was tasty without being over cooked, the pasta was firm and super hot like it suppose to be. The garlic bread soaked in the seafood pasta sauce was to die for, so we ordered 2 more times ;-).

Fine dining prices without the experience. It was 40 degrees outside and it felt colder in the restaurant, food was mediocre (clam chowder tasted like it was probably from a can), waiters didnt seem trained in how to properly serve/clear. That seems persnickety but if youre going to charge that much you should invest in the service and ambience.

Приятное место с большим выбором свежих устриц! Кроме устриц ничего тут не ел, поэтому не могу судить остальное небольшое меню. Рекомендую )

Clam chowder might as well have been Campbells. Fish and chips: bland, small, unadvertised coconut breading. In a city where caring cooks predominate, this was a thorough disappointment. Seems the regulars stick with the cheap lunch oysters.

Had the crab, it was a waste of good crab. Way over garlic and the garlic was burned. I gave up half way through. Service was nice but really slow. Prices were high. Clam chowder had almost nothing in it, almost entirely broth.

Super good and super friendly spot including the other patrons. We were on a food crawl through the mission district. You will likely not quit after even 2 dz oysters here. House wine to pair w oysters is fab too.

Freddy, the Fish and Chips for $18.00 was a let down. The best thing about the meal were the chips. The two pieces of fish looked like chicken tenders and had a peculiar taste. Take a hint from The Codfather.

Wonderful variety of top notch fresh oysters. Prices are amazing for SF. Skip the chowder and get the cava. The garlic crab is made with a lot of fresh oregano new to me and very savory. Yum yum

Largest green mussels I ever ate and they were unbelievably soft and creamy. The clam chowder also was very good.. A bit pricey but good waiters and good service..I will be here again.

Oysters did not taste fresh in my opinion, and were very overpriced. Ambience was lacking and depressing - we were the only people in the restaurant both times I was there.

Although the side dishes seem small and a little overpriced, you really only came there for the oysters, right? Everything delicious. Staff great. Clean restaurant

For $18, Id expect fish and chips to be pretty damn great. Instead, I got two pieces of over fried fish on top of an admittedly delicious mound of fries.
