Overall This is a nice bar with great burgers. They make them medium-rare, which is supposed to have internal temp of 145°, i.e. thats why they are calling themselves Bar145 and apparently its the best way to enjoy a burger (per their website). You can also play old arcades (Mario and such) for free at the back tables - not at the front though. Burgers & sides Ive had the Reuben burger and Im a sucker for Reubens, so it was right up my alley. The burger was so juicy it dripped. The second time I went for their 14oz burger. It is a large burger with 2 big patties, although its more of a basic burger and tasted slightly bland. The fries on the size were amazing though, Ive tried the sriracha ones with a great dipping sauce (might have been an aioli). I also had the truffle fries as an appetizer, had I known you get a big plate full of fries, I wouldve ordered my meal without a side, but oh well! They were well done with a slight hint of truffle (just right, not overpowering). Ive also tried my wifes tacos. I dont consider myself a taco man, but hers were good as well (good to know the place knows how to make more than just burgers and fries). Drinks Their drinks are very good as well, they dont cheap out on their liquor like a lot of places tend to do. Ive had a beer that was local, tasted fresh. My wifes mixed drinks were pretty tasty as well. One came in a plastic cup, which is kind of a no-no for me when you sit inside, but oh well. The beer comes in a glass. Service We had a great, quick and very attentive server. I realized I ordered same flavor fries for my burger as we had in our appetizer. I realized it and let my waitress know, who wasted no time and let the kitchen know quickly so I had the right items. She did not forget anything and was pleasant. Prices This is the reason I am giving 4 stars, not 5. Burgers are priced very reasonably, around $12 for a burger and fries. Same for appetizers. Although it was Friday night, but to pay $8 for a tall beer or a drink is a little bit on the upper end of what Id expect (the drinks were nothing too exotic that would justify a higher price, even when they were tasty). Overall, Im definitely coming back to this place, its worth a visit, especially if you like a good burger and fries.

They know how to cook a burger and their draught/bourbon selection is great. Very friendly staff. My only gripe is that it was our servers first day ever working a serving job and the manager saw fit to have her work our party plus two other tables by herself. She was a nervous wreck and made several mistakes (always fixed them though) but did her best and we were patient with her. In the restaurant business you *never* do that to someone, they always shadow another server for several shifts and definitely dont take parties. The manager also just stands around glaring at patrons, which is creepy. Would love to give a higher rating but the place reeks of bad management.

Food is good, service is good. They have a lot of arcade games so we took our kids who are between the ages of 11-14. It was great because we could actually sit and have a drink and the kids could play. However, at 7:00 - the kids got kicked out of the gaming area. So, they had to sit with us while watching no one play the games on the other side. Very crazy set up, heres a thought...move the games to where the kids can play them. Another option - extend the time to 8:00 or 8:30. Talked to the worthless manager that said "sorry, thats just the way it is" and pointed to the sign that was in an 8x10 frame on the other side of the room.

We were looking for a place to have a good dinner with friends and family traveling to Dayton for the holidays, and this place seemed to be a nice one. Big mistake. Management was terrible and the staff in general, starting with the ladies at the front desk. Not to mention "The Manager". That guy was really aggressive, he seemed to be drunk or something because he was extremely unfriendly and rude. We didnt feel welcomed there. The staff didnt seem to be comfortable with our presence and did everything possible to make us leave. I hope ownership looks at ALL the reviews, not just ours, to take actions and get the right staff.

Great atmosphere but the service was horrible. It felt like we were being ignored as our server barely ever came over to our table and it took an hour to get food and very long for our first drink order too. The biggest problem though was that no one accepted any responsibility for any issues, mostly ignoring them and our table entirely. After finally getting our food, undercooked, the manager half acknowledged that they messed up with our table and comped the food but it wasnt enough. It then took 30 minutes for either him or our waitress to acknowledge us enough to get our checks to pay for the drinks. Terrible experience.

Everything was well above average. Service was great along with the food. Most impressive attribute is the expo staff. I believe her name was Alexis and she was wonderful. She prepped our food and delivered it lickety split. The pep in her step and abundance of sparkling enthusiasm is something i have never seen before. If your feeling down or just need that special something in your life swing on in be prepared to be amazed. If she was an employee of mine I would give her manager wages!!!!

Horrible experience. Food okay. Service is the worst. Staff ignores tables, bar ignores customers (had to go to bar because waitress walked away from table). Waitress walked by with ice tea pitcher, looked right at my empty glass and just kept going. Told my son they didnt have root beer then brought him a refill of - you guessed it - ROOT BEER. Never again. So bad. Side salad? Served after dinner. Because - salad. Note:. The drink of the months, Southern Tang. Dont do it.

Terrible, terrible place. It has a lot of potential but management is really bad and mediocre and what is worse super aggresive, read other reviews and you will see the pattern: people complaining about the way they were treated by staff. We arrived at 8.30 pm planning to have dinner with friends, we stayed there less than 40 minutes and the abuse was outrageous. If you are looking for a place to be mistreated and have a terrible experience this is the place.

Service Staff was great over fourty of us spent over 8 hours and hundreds of dollars to be treated terribly by the "owner" general manager who is a young power hungry idiot backed by a bunch of wanna be "security" thugs. Will never spend another dollar in any of their establishments and would recommend no one else does. If you are in the Service industry you might want to learn a little "customer service" etiquette or you wont be in the business long.....

The service staff is friendly. The drinks are cold. I liked the selection, too. They make a great burger. It was juicy and cooked perfect. Our son was happy to get his grown up burger and a kids meal side (apples and carmel). For the gluten free crowd, they offer a gluten free bun for $1 upcharge. After we ate, it was nice to finish our drinks while the kids played games. Advice: pre-bussing is very important. Thats ok, well still be back again.
