Where is the "0 stars" option? Yet another unsatisfactory experience at this location. After spending nearly 45 min stuck in the drivethru a few months ago, I swore Id never return but alas, my cravings for Taco Bell coupled with the convenience of the location (right across the street from grocery shopping) made me forget the long list of transgressions against this Taco Bell in particular. "A simple bean burrito with no onions should be simple enough" I thought to myself, suppressing the voice in my head screaming at me, "TURN BACK!! THEY HAVE SCREWED THAT ORDER UP MORE THAN ONCE BEFORE!!" Well the soft-headed, mouth-breathing, knuckle-dragging, tardcakes working at this place were in rare form today. Instead of the delectable, refried, cheesy, gooey, onion-free goodness that Ive come to expect from every other Taco Bell Ive ever been to, I got a half burnt burrito burrito shell halfway filled with what I can only assume was dried out beans from last week, two drops of red sauce, and 3 pieces of cheese. Oh and half their container of onions. Why didnt I listen to the voice in my head?? You had one job, Taco Bell, and you blew it. Even my 2.5 year old daughter knows how to separate foods from each other. This is the last straw for me. Until they get some staff in there that can do what the job requires (like make food to order. Or idk, read) I will not place one more order there. If theres anything positive I could take from this, its that my daughter has learned a new word. "Incompetent."

Stuck in the drive thru for 25 minutes at 6:30 on a Sunday night. No external lights on including the drive thru menu. Ordered the naked chicken chalupa and was told they werent selling it anymore, even though the commercial was on the TV right before i left to go fet one. Got to the window, I was handed an over flowing cup of Pepsi, employee didnt even attempt to wipe it down. I let them know that the menu lights were not on. After waiting another 7-8 minutes I was finally given my food. Noticed that I was a taco short on the drive out, so I went into the store. There was no one else in the store but me. The employees didnt even notice I walked in. I said excuse me, from the counter and I was told to wait a minute. Finally I told them I was short a taco and I was finally able to go. External lights still out on my way out of the parking lot. I wish this was my only complaint about this store, but they have shorted me food on numerous occasions. And these dumb asss think they should earn $15/hr.

What the hell was that. Ive lived in centerville for almost a year and found this taco bell an hour ago. DO NOT GO HERE. The entire management acted like crack heads running around cashier had no idea what she was doing. Was asked three times if I had ordered what I ordered. (which was a couple tacos thats it), you could easily tell they were all on something. I dont even want to eat the food. Taco bell needs to fire all these people and start over. I have never reviewed a restaurant for poor service but as I waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes I was thinking Damn this place might be the worst restaurant Ive ever been to.

I never give any negative reviews, but I am very disappointed in the service I have received. My husband and I spend a lot of money there every week. I went through there one night and they said they were ONLY serving soft tacos. They have messed up our order a few times and then tonight was by far the worst service. The cashier kept telling us to hold on as we were trying to order (Could hear her talking to someone in the microphone). Then we got to the window and she was having an inappropriate conversation and repeatedly using the F word. It was very unprofessional and when we got home they gave us the wrong taco.

Only if I could give less then one star I have been coming this taco bell for 6 years now may be more ... Use to be great, about 2 years back i stop going to drive thru coz they screwed it up everytime n now seems like inside they screw it too, every time I decided to give it try after 6 months but nop still same s*** same old same old ... We tried contacting manager nothing, GM?? Nothing .... I dont think they care at all ... That was my last try... Not going back anytime soon unless back to future happens

Sign said dine in hours until 11 pm. Got here at 10:20 and doors were locked. Employees were inside mopping and taking drive thru orders. We knocked but they ignored us, they didnt seem to care On various separate occasions we were told that their "system is out of order" and that they couldnt take any orders. Why they are there if they cant take any orders I dont understand. Service is always terribly slow and they often mess up my orders. I will avoid this location at all costs!

My boyfriend and I just moved to the area and we went twice. Once a few days ago and the messed up our order. My cheese was all smashed on my Mexican pizza and they didnt cut it. He asked for no tomatoes on his food and got tons, my Mexican pizza had none. My chili cheese burrito had a giant hole in the side. Tonight we made the idiot choice to go back. Barely any cheese on my Mexican pizza, uncut. He ordered nachos and cheese and only got the cheese.

cashier Haley has repeatedly screwed up my order and doesnt follow taco bell standards: never get a receipt, order is always poorly wrapped/placed in the bag, and she never repeats the order back as she hands the food out to make sure they got it right. Tonight to top it off, these idiots couldnt even remember to put the NACHO CHEESE on my nacho bell Grande!!!! I have always loved taco bell but their incompetent staff have ruined the place.

Absolutely terrible. Unreal that taco bell allows this unit to remain open. Consistently poor quality food and customer service. Just tired of incorrect food, repeating myself, and having eyes rolled at my family. However, this is a great place to work if you have no motivation, and the ability to give 0 fs.

Been here 40 minutes waiting on my food. They forgot part of my order, so I go inside to complain then they tell me that they are out of Flatbread to make my cheesy gordita crunches. Why didnt anyone tell me that in the first place?! Now they are remaking my order, and its taking just as long as the first time.

Horrible service! Do NOT eat at this establishment. Management and Ownership are not taking care of the problem. Multiple people in this store cannot communicate and everyone in the drive thru line had messed up orders. Had to repeat order MULTIPLE times and I ended up being blamed for their mistakes. INSANE!

Horrible experience!!!! Went thru drive thru.. order was completely wrong . & my cinnabon delights were rock hard and not even edible. And when I called to explain my messed up order... manager basically said I was lying... going back to get my money back and will never go back to this Taco bell.
