I have been to The Countryview a handful of times since it has been under new ownership. The upgrades to the menu as well as the location have been great improvements. The food is homemade and the atmosphere is warm and cozy. The look of the place on the inside and out, down to the actual menu look, have all been coordinated in a central theme and colors. It is a fun place to have breakfast or lunch. I have had some great meals ranging from a very satisfying buffalo burger topped with pulled pork (the Piggy Back Burger) to a steak bomb scrambler. The specials menu over Labor Day Weekend would make many a man salivate with many meat items listed but still with many other options to appeal to all types of appetites. The service has always been friendly, sometimes to the point where you might wait a few extra minutes while they chat up their customers. One thing that I have had very limited success in is getting my starch done as requested. Be it home fries, French fries or hash browns, they rarely ever come out well done or crispy as requested. Overall I think the establishment offers great quality and quantity for ones dollar and I will return often for great food and service. P.S. The Monte Cristo offers the best value.

The service was excellent but the food was terrible. We quickly picked an open seat this was on a Thursday 7/13/17 at 12pm and was waited on right away. Our food arrived quickly about 10 minutes after we ordered. My boyfriend got an omelette and hash browns. I got half stack of French toast with strawberries and blue berries and hash browns. Unfortuetly the hash browns were mush. Not cooked barely even browned. My french toast was not cooked either. Took a couple bites of each and felt grossed out. I did explain to the waitress and she offered to have it remade but I just felt nauseous and declined the offer. We asked for the check and was surprised I was still charged for it. My boyfriend says his were not cooked as well and the omelette was just okay. Its a small business so I didnt dispute the check but will never return. Sad because it so close to my home.

My husband and I just had an amazingly delicious breakfast which was rivaled only by the efficent, friendly and knowledgeable waitstaff . I enoyed the pumpkin nut pancakes (that were better than Parkers Maple barn) and my husband ordered the "Piggy"...sorry hun, but thats what it was called....2 homemade biscuits which were smothered with eggs, shredded (and crisp) potatoes and drenched in creamy sausage gravey. Because there was a 10 minute wait we grabbed a blanket from the car and stretched out under a big old tree and caught up. Before we knew it one of the attentive waitstaff jogged out to let us know it was time to enjoy one if the best breakfasts Ive ever had... and No, Im not related to anyone there☺

From the moment we walked in the country view restaurant, it felt like home. Dana our server was a real pistol. She made me laugh, cry, and restored my faith in small breakfast restaurants everywhere. Their "yo Vinny" special was refreshingly original and a great twist on a classic dish! The restaurant as a whole felt like a blast from the past.. servers that truly cared, chefs that are masters in their field, and regulars that loved the joint. This hidden gem is worth the stop, I know well be coming again soon.

Ive visited 3 times. Quaint and clean. That being said, I found the food greasy. The omelette was over cooked and greasy. Toast was the same. How do you not get an omelette and toast right? Hash browns greasy. Very large muffin. It was ok if you want big and " cake like" the wait staff are always sweet and efficient.

My favorite breakfast place for pumpkin & walnut pancakes. The people who work there are nice & its more like a family dining room than a restaurant. Were headed there now for a new tradition ... celebrating the New Year with pancakes at Countryview in Greenland, NH where I work.

One of the best experience Ive had in a very long time. As busy as it was, the staff made it enjoyable and comfortable. Other then tweeking their Bloody Mary, (which was still good) Eddie and the kitchen staff made our breakfast perfect, delicious and fast. Two thumbs up!

The food is always amazing! They have the best sweet potato fries ever, its so hard to find a place with fresh made sweet potato fries. Everything tastes home made, my coworkers and I are hooked on their turkey clubs!

Will not eat here again. Poor customer service, rude server. Usually restaurants are happy to substitute out food you do not like or wont eat, this place has mediocre food and poor service. Very dis satisfied.

I love the food here! The only downside is the wait which can be a bit long, and all crowded into a tiny waiting area. They do have coffee for while you wait though, which is nice!
