Just like Most Bread Co.s around, this one is fairly busy. Busy can be good though! If you want your food quick, they can do it, no problem. However, their order accuracy can degrade depending on how busy it is. So if you decide to go by the drive thru during the lunch rush, you might as well play Russian Roulette. The dining room has great atmosphere! Peaceful Jazz music playing, a fireplace for the winter time, soft booths and chairs, and great art work of bread and local artists. Many different members of the community use it as a place to eat, meet-up, study, read a newspaper, and enjoy the sun through the large windows that make up one side of the building. The only majorly noticeable problem that the dining room has is that it tends to be fairly messy, especially after the meal rushes. Again, this is a very busy restaurant and i know that they try their best to keep things clean and orderly but there is only so much Order that a person can maintain in Chaos. Dont get me wrong, this is one of the better Bread Co.s that Ive been to in the area. Ive had the chance to work for the Panera company for a grand total of 2 years as a teenager and an adult at two different stores. One in Hackettstown, NJ and the one here in Eureka. With this experience under my belt, i can confidently say that the management here is impeccable, caring, and does its best to run a tidy ship and grow their employees. Not only is this a good place to eat, but Id say its a good place for teenagers, students, and young adults to work.

My daughter ordered a salad that contained watermelon. The pieces were mostly rind! I wanted to take it back but my daughter didnt want to make a fuss. Id throw the rind away at home and I damned sure didnt like paying for it! I bought a pick two and the sandwich fell apart as I picked it up with most of the contents ending up on the floor. The crust of the bread at Bread Co. is always as tough as shoe leather and not to my liking. I watched as the clean-up person pulled out a table to clean the floor but there were chunks of fruit in the corner. Picking them up was beneath her position so they were still there when she put the table back. I usually refill my drink before leaving restaurants but although they had many flavors to choose from I didnt find any to my liking so I tossed the glass as I left. If they were giving away food, I wouldnt go back there.

This is my "go to" Panera Bread ! Ive yet to be disappointed (I dont think Im ever disappointed by Panera). Im a creature of habit and always get the same thing - the napa almond chicken salad sandwich with chips & a pop. Ordering is simple, the staff is friendly but the parking can sometimes be a pain since it doesnt circle all the way thru and to top it off, you have the drive thru traffic coming at you.

I would rate this Bread Co. as above average for most of their chains. Good service, good location next to a Schnucks, and on the way to six flags. I have yet to order something off their menu i dont like. Getting their panera card is worth it, since you get free bagels and other delicious treats.

Was confused when I entered the door, I was thinking this looks exactly like a Panera. Find out it is a Panera, or rather where Panera started, and kept the original name in the Saint Louis Area. Possibly the only good thing to come out of St. Louis.

I dont usually have a problem with this location. Food is usually great, along with customer service. This visit, as well as the last few, the older lady that youve got working the drive-thru window, has been extremely rude. Its quite disappointing.

Ive visited many Panera and SLBC restaurants and this is the worst one Ive ever been in. The service was half-hearted, the food seemed thrown together uncaringly, and the general cleanliness of the restaurant was sadly lacking. Very disappointed!

Always a good choice for food or just a coffee with friends. Ive spent time eating, drinking and programming here. This visit was an after church brunch with a couple quiches. Mine was spinach/artichoke. Quite tasty.

I ordered a kale chicken Caesar salad to go. When we were on the road and too far away to turn back, I checked my salad only to find that there was not a single piece of chicken in it. I paid $6 for a box of lettuce.

Dirty flatware, eating area and restroom; Unfriendly staff and my food was disappointing. I love Panera (St. Louis Bread Co.), but I will never come back to this location .

Good food, I feel its a bit overpriced, though. The last few visits my carryout orders have been messed up, even though they have the checklists of what the orders contain.

Food quality and personality of the employees has really gone down hill the past few years at all locations. NOT Impressed anymore, and dont go as often as we used to do .

The sandwiches here are decent, so long as you dont order any of the hot ones because they always seem like theyve been sitting around for a day or two when I get them.

This place is just like the rest BUT due to horrible drinking water due to eureka, it got 4 stars. The food is just like the rest at all the other st. Louis bread co

I will admit, this location is getting better. However, I have had several bad experiences at this location. I think new management is helping turn things around.

The bread co. in Eureka is fantastic. Still no decaf coffee in the evening. Who wants caffeine in the evening? Please have decaf coffee again.
