Went to Buffalo Wild Wings on Thursday night, July 2 and I have never been to a BWW that didnt have clean tables. We walked in and no one was at the welcome table but a note that stated "seat yourself". We should have known that the sign was a warning and we should have left. I would love to seat myself if your tables were clean!! We were finally able to find a clean table and we were greeted by Hunter who was a nice waitress, but the rest of the wait staff walked around with nasty scowls on their faces, especially Michelle (who was upset that we arrived and decided to stay). So thats when the beginning of a bad night turned even worse. We had put in an order for jalapeño poppers and corn dogs and a little while later, a table of six was seated behind us and they ordered a few appetizers. Within the next 5 minutes the appetizers (the corn dogs and poppers) that were meant for our table were delivered to the other table who had just placed their order no more than 5 minutes ago. We tried to get the attention of the food runner but I guess our attempts to get her attention were not loud enough. Hunter had made her way to our table to let us know our wings were coming out shortly; we explained what happened with our appetizers and after she investigated and confirmed what we already believed, our appetizers were delivered to the other table. I guess table numbers are hard to identify or remember. We finally got out appetizers but it came out with our wings; I always thought that appetizers were to come out a little before the meal? I guess they do things differently at THIS Buffalo Wild Wings. While we were pleased with our meal and Hunter was a very pleasant waitress our overall experience was abysmal and I dont think we will EVER be returning to this location until there is a complete turnaround in the staff attitude and cleanliness at this location. STAY AWAY from this Buffalo Wild Wings.

Having a limited amount of time for lunch, I decided to call my partys order in. I was advised the food would be ready for pickup within 20 minutes. We arrived around 12:20 PM and promptly paid. The hostess said we could take a seat at the bar while the order was being put together. A waitress soon approached and asked if we needed anything. I told her I had called in an order and was just waiting. Since the order was taking longer than I was told, I let her know that we were going to eat on site. The food was finally brought out after almost 40 minutes from the time I called in. Im assuming it had been prepared in time but just sitting out since it was cold when we got it. Noticing no silverware had been packed, I approached the bar and asked the waitress if we could have some. Hesitatingly, she responded that she could give us silverware but nobody else would be serving us. The manager then approached and advised me that because I had already paid for our food, they were not expecting to make anymore money off of us and would have to eat our food off site. Talk about appreciation for your customers! We offered to provide an additional tip to the staff (after having already left one when I paid up front) but we were still asked to leave. Im assuming the manager eventually realized how much of an absurd request he was making to paying customers since he finally told us we could stay but not before warning us that we would not be able to call our orders in ahead of time for future visits. How modest of him to assume that we would be coming back. Being denied additional service, we quickly ate our food without drinks. At least now I know to go somewhere else next time I want to grab some wings and beer with my dad.

This BWW location is usually very good, but my most recent experience was far from stellar. The bartender, Ricardo, took 7 minutes to greet me. He has a very quiet voice and even seemed timid. Not what you would expect from a bartender. There were a total of 13 people in the entire bar area. The wireless internet service was horrible. I mentioned it to Ricardo. His response was "yes, we have internet problems." I was there during shift change, when Sarah came on duty as the Friday night bartender. I hope she had some help, because she was so preoccupied by some tattoo covered chick at the bar, it took her nearly 20 minutes to finally realize my drink was empty and to cash me out because I wasnt about to wait another 20 for her to serve me. On duty manager was noticeably absent. Ill be back, but if I see Ricardo or Sarah on duty, it will be a quick 180 and out the door!

Horrible staff. One server was absolutely cruel to a table we overheard. She started loudly arguing with them, then with a female manager. The manager seems afraid of the staff, so you know the rude ones run the restaurant. The table that was being treated poorly moved from a high top to the bar to have a different employee taking their order. The original waitress confronted them about it, making it seem like she expected them to clean the table & keep her so she would get the tip. They just got up & left. The manager tried to speak to them when they got to the door, but there was no saving the situation. We felt so bad for them. After they left, the server went behind the bar yelling & cussing about the customers. We wont return because we dont want to take a chance at that happening to us.

People please be warned.....They like to SKIM credit cards!!!! Please hear me out. Just over a month ago my grandmoter passed away. Well We had family come into town. My uncle and his family from NC, and my aunt and her family from GA. Well after the "viewing" we stopped at this Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner and to lighten the mood after all of the sorrow that was felt. Well when the bill came due my uncle picked up the tab and payed for all of the food and drinks. Come to find out either the waitress or the bartender skimmed his card. I just found out about this from my father here on thanksgiving day. I promise you I will never set foot in this place again. If I do it, It is to find out who did it! I am only giving ! star because I have to.

Terrible service, rude, and definitely not worth your money!!!! Save it and go somewhere else!! Me and my girlfriend Deidra always go to the one near us in NC concord but the one here in Lakeland is absolutely the worst service. They take 15 minutes to even greet you, 15 more minutes to get your drinks . I never wrote a review till now. This one surprises me on how it is still in business. They all look at you and ignore your requests. They said we couldnt sit at a table just because we werent 21. By all means Buffalo Wild Wings is great food but this one is absolutely the worst experience I ever had. Everyone is mean, and rude. Did not feel welcome at all.

After a 45 minute wait, with very few customers in the place, I finally got my bacon cheeseburger. It was so black it looked like a charcoal briquet. They remade it and it took another 45 minutes. Again, it was burned, and this time had the wrong cheese on it. The manager was called over to our table, who admitted to our table of 7 people that the grill on which my burger had been cooked was "nasty dirty". (His words exactly) Terrell, the manager, gave me a 25 gift certificate. Did he really think I would ever come back to eat there after what he had just told me??? I would rather dumpster dive. I have less of a chance to contract food poisoning!
