So disappointed. I was excited to get an authentic Indian meal here since I read all the great reviews here on google, plus its seemingly the only place in Pueblo. I stopped in at 1 pm for the lunch buffet, which goes on until 2pm. I was very disappointed to see that many of the dishes on the buffet had begun to develop a hard crust over the surfaces, there was only one quarter of one piece of naan left on the buffet and it had become hard with staleness. The entire time I was there nobody bothered to offer anyone who had come in fresh naan. The tikka masala had meatballs instead of chicken (and they tasted just like those precooked frozen meatballs you buy at Sams Club, although I couldnt be sure because I didnt want to ask). Rice in the cooker was in sticky lumps. The rice pudding was not edible. To top it off, the prices are just outrageous considering the quality of the food. If it were a good meal, I wouldnt have minded the exorbitant prices. My barely edible lunch buffet was $13 and my iced tea was $3.50. One last observation: its in need of some thorough cleaning throughout. The only positive things I can say: staff was all very friendly and I liked that the iced tea was infused with cinnamon. Wont be returning.

Amazing place. We discovered this place when we first moved to Pueblo from Florida. We were trying to find a local Indian grocery store so I could buy ingredients to cook dinner. My husband (being from Nepal) said "lets call them, theyll know" and they did. The owner was very helpful told us the best stores. Long story short theres no stores nearby so we settled on ordering pick up from them. The food was so good we went back for the lunch buffet. And our anniversary. And mothers day, And anything else we fell like celebrating. The staff is always friendly. The owner is awe inspiring. The food makes my mother in laws pale in comparison (though not by much) and my husband and I always joke that we left a city with a huge Indian community to a city with an almost nonexistent Indian community to find some of the best Indian food ever. We dont prefer the buffet though, we like to order from the menu. Thats a personal choice for specific items though. The only down side weve ever experienced was other customers. Where my husband has been mistaken for staff a couple of times on his way to the restroom or entering/exiting.

I had been to Carlos Bistro shortly after they opened years ago. They are a bit on the pricey side...but you are getting top notch food and service. The food is better than the Famous or Pepper Tree. All of the meals are what you would expect to see in a magazine, presentation is excellent, and the food is absolutely fabulous. My wife and I visited again after many years for our anniversary, and everything was wonderful. The service, plate presentation and meal were as good or better than it was years ago. It was the perfect meal and perfect setting for a very nice Anniversary dinner.

Went for lunch buffet today after reading the reviews. What a disappointment. I am an Indian and an excellent cook. All the main dishes have sugar added to them and were "cold". Chicken Makhani and Meatball Korma were pretty yucky! Food seemed stale also. Naans took forever to be stocked, and once finished, were never re-stocked. Tip: Punjabi savory dishes DO NOT use sugar! Then comes the bill $12 for the yuckiest food which they did not feel like refilling the food bar either! Uggg! Never going back!

The food here is VERY good. I was driving to Colorado Springs for Indian food until I realized that we have the best Indian place in Colorado right here in Pueblo. I consider our town to be very lucky to have a place like this. The place just keeps getting better decor every time I come in, but has always been nice. I love sitting outside on the patio, but Im not sure if they do that anymore. I would eat here about every day if my family liked indian food as much as I do.

My favorite restaurant in Pueblo! The saag paneer is amazing! Even the decor makes it a fun place to eat. The staff all knows our faces and the service is always excellent! The waitress talked me into rose ice cream, I was skeptical at first but it was delicious. Huge portions and heats great the next day. Love this place! The buffet always has something different every time. Never have been disappointed. Even friends that were picky eaters loved it.

We had been trying to eat here on our last couple of trips to Pueblo (mountain biking at Lake Pueblo State Park) but they are closed on Sundays. Finally had a chance to catch them on a Saturday and really liked it. Very cool decor and atmosphere to go with great service and food. Staff was friendly and has great suggestions if you are new to Indian food. We will be back...this is a must stop restaurant if in Pueblo!

“Good pizza, good burgers, good sandwiches, interesting setting” Good basic pizza choices, including some regional combos you wont find anywhere else. The sandwiches are fresh and quality ingredients. They do take out and delivery in the local area. A bit of an arcade environment in the dining area, with hints of 50s era style and a good dose of local sports memorabilia. Clean, well maintained, and the staff...

Best Indian food in Pueblo. My Indian-American friends say the dishes are very authentic. Prices are a bit on the high side but the portions are big enough to share! The chicken curry is amazing! Be sure to check out the lunchtime buffet when you get a chance and bring your appetite - so many great options. I also love the decor and the atmosphere and the friendly service and the drinks here.

We were a group of 10. Food: Taste was bland. Decoration was bland. No passion. Made samosa chat too spicy. Biriyani was very far from a proper Biriyani. Price: Very high. One can eat better tasting food for half the price. Service: Was good. Since the food was not upto expectation and price was very high we were about to give very only 10%. But the bill already came with 18% added tip.

Great food, a little pricey but large portions. I had chicken tikka which comes w/ basmati rice; plus sides of khabli naan, and mango chutney. The tikka is like fajitas with mild Indian spices. The mango chutney is a delicious mix of sweet and spicy. The naan was great too. You also get lentil wafers and another sauce which was very good. The main downside was all the flies on the patio.

This place is amazing! Fantastic food and staff. Kandi and Parmy make very authentic dishes and after living in NYC and London it is brilliant to find a resturant that is on par and even better than Indian places I have dinned in those cities. Although I am basically in Denver when ever I make a trip to the area I will stop in and get some delicious Indian food! Cheers!

“Excellent food and service!” We stopped by for lunch while traveling through Pueblo and it was a great choice! We love trying unique places while on the road--its such a great experience! I had the vegetarian boxty which was recommended by the server and it was excellent! The roasted veggies were flavorful and the sauce was very tasty. My family loved the beer cheese...
