Pretty disappointed this last visit. Our service was mediocre, very slow despite being almost empty. Our server was a little ditzy, including forgetting my side of mashed potatoes and then asking us if we were doing okay while walking past the table and we were not sure if she was talking to us or the other table. The food was highly disappointing, they used to serve the westrail garden appetizer with a delicious cheese but no longer. Despite that, the veggies in the app was the best part of the meal. I ordered a salad which was made of mostly the hard white bone of the lettuce and barely any green leafy pieces... I actually tried to pick out all the lettuce bones and was left with a small salad and a huge mountain of lettuce bones on a separate plate. My husband ordered the smokey tomato sandwich and he too was unpleased. The sandwich was composed of mostly huge oversized bread (had to eat it with a fork)and his exact comment was, "I like smokey flavors but the tomatoes taste like they were soaked in liquid smoke for three days...a little too much!" He also got a baked potatoe for a side and said it was old and probably been sitting in a warming drawer for more than a few hours. Wont be returning any time soon.

Went on a Friday evening with my husband and our two daughters. They sat us down and we waited 20 minutes and we still had no waiter come up to us to even ask for our drinks. So I got up and spoke to the receptionist and ten minutes later had a waiter just come up and bring us water and walked away. By this point I was very disappointed on how we were being treated. So we decided that more then 30 minutes into are horrible service we should just leave because obviously they did not care to have our business. We got are kids coats on to leave and are waiter was passing by to give another table that was sat after us there drinks. My husband just let the waiter know we were leaving and he sarcastically and bluntly was just like "oh ok". I have never been treated so horrible at a resturant and will be sure to let friends and family not to go here. In the end we left to a great resturant. Bennys resturant. Which was way more busy but we were seated and did not have to wait 30 minutes for a drink. Wish I could give no stars.

First time going here tonight and I was not impressed. After waiting a while for our drinks arrive, they finally did and the only thing right was the beer. Our mixed drinks contained very strong tasting ingredients that were not listed on the menu. When we mentioned this, the server took the drinks back to have them remade. The service in general was very slow. The food was ok, but our corrected drinks didnt arrive until we were done eating. At that point we were informed we would be charged for the drinks we didnt drink. The manager, Jared, blamed the server for not telling us about ingredients not listed on the menu. I will not be returning, between the slow service, the drinks that are not what they say they are, and the willingness of management to blame employees for an outdated menu.

We are moving the star rating to five on this delicious neighborhood eatery after having been here more than once. It is consistently good, service is great. We have sampled a variety of appetizers and meals, and have had nothing that we wouldnt order again! Favorite appetizer: smoky wings, favorite entree: the salad with the dates and grilled chicken, fresh lime dressing! My husbands favorite was a special one night, the prime rib. There are TVs everywhere and you can find your favorite sports game. Happy hour has good prices and drinks are tasty. This place is not near my house, but happy to drive here! It has usually been busy when we have arrived, but we have gotten seated and served quickly!

I found out about this place about two months ago from a Facebook ad. I had never heard of it despite living practically down the road. Its kinda tucked away from union although still easy to access. The first time I went I was blown away. The portion sizes are generous and everything Ive had in my four visits (Plus two deliveries.) Has been incredible. Far and away the best Bar and Grill in the area. As for the service, Ive never had a single issue. Everyone has been nice and service is very quick. All in all I wish I could give this place more stars. For anyone on the fence, Just try it. Its worth it.

We usually really like this place. Tonight was horrible. It took over 55 mins to get our food & then the order was wrong. Our drinks sat empty for over 10 mins. Our server brought our food back out & only left my husband fries while they made his correct meal. Then his meal was brought out without fries, so his original ones were cold & gross. Our server also checked Todd other 4 tanked that gut their good at the same time & didnt check on us again until she brought our bill. NOT going back. We are bummed, but nope!

I have had AMAZING fajitas there. And a few other yummy items. But I think the good cook gets off at 8..because other things have been pretty awful. I LOVE the karaoke there. Thats why I keep coming back every Sunday. Otherwise Id stop going, because some of the items lately have been dry, tasteless and overcooked. The waitstaff...well they are nice. But I guess they need more. Because you could wait up to 15 mins before they take your order. It has potential to be great. Ive tasted great there. I just wish it was consistent.

I live close I have been a few times. Food is hit or miss depends on what you order. Great when its not busy. Staff rude when busy and last couple times I went staff acted annoyed and unfriendly. When we walked in women said "yeah!?!?" Acted Like what do you want?? An hour and a half wait so we left went somewhere else. When we came back later for only drinks, bartender acted annoyed to serve us despite a near empty place. Probably wont go back despite being in walking distance.

I went here with a bunch of coworkers for dinner and it was crowded but we were seated quite quickly. They have a small but decent beer selection and their happy hour deals are good if you like the big (ie tasteless) beers like Coors and Bud. They do have microbrews on tap too. The service was good and the food came out at a decent time. The food isnt great but is definitely better than your run of the mill bar food.

If youre ordering a mixed drink, ask what all is in it. The menu doesnt list all of the ingredients. The manager, Jared, was horribly rude and tried to blame the waiter for our misunderstanding of what came in our drinks. I will never go here again thanks to the poor service and how the management apparently treats the staff. Next time Ill just go to Wendys and the liquor store.

Went with friends for dinner and conversation. White Fence Farm has always been a favorite for all of us even though it is almost an hour away. They have an extensive menu which looks very good but we always seem to gravitate to the family style chicken dinner. It was well worth it and as good as we remember. Great place to go with family or friends. Kids are welcome.
