GREAT food, but POOR service. I was in the area on business and had heard that this place has good Mexican food. They absolutely do, but the service is extremely poor. Perhaps it was a new employee, but I was there during happy hour, sat in the bar area by myself and there were 2 or 3 other tables with people, so not crowded in the least. The bartender (also my server) was very slow and passed by me several times before coming over and taking my drink order. I asked for one of the house margaritas with silver tequila, as was the $3.95 HH special. I also asked for a water which didnt come until the third time I asked for it. My food came out correctly and quickly enough. Again, EXCELLENT food. When I got the bill, it seemed a little high, but I gave him my card, signed the bill and walked to my car. Still not seeing how it added up to be so much, I took a closer look. My $4 HH margaritas turned out to be $9 on the bill. I went back inside to tell the bartender he rang it incorrecly and he told me that the silver margaritas cost more. I showed him the HH menu and asked how that was. He did admit his assumption that lead to the mistake and gave me $10 in cash, which helped somewhat, but I paid for this with a credit card, so it wasnt an even fix. When I asked if he could re-ring the card, he said it would take a few days. NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE....but great food. If you go, watch your bill CLOSELY.

We went to 3 Margaritas last night because we had a coupon. Well it turns out that coupon was only for cash paying customers (no credit cards)...who makes cash only coupons at restaurants? We were sat at a table near a booth where a drunk mother was playing some childrens movie for her daughter on a portable DVD player at blaring volume. The wait staff did nothing about this until I asked them to tell her to turn it off due to the high volume annoyance. It is ridiculous that I had to ask because this drunk mother had the volume so loud that you could hear the dialog of the movie over the ambient noise of the restaurant. Multiple waiters walked by that table and did nothing. Also, I had to wait 10 minutes for a beer, I never got water that I asked for, and the burrito I ordered had very little green chili on it despite the menu saying it was "smothered" in it. This is the worst dining experience I can remember in 2011. It is pathetic that the staff allows a drunk to ruin the good time of other patrons by 1) allowing a DVD portable movie player to be used and 2) letting drunks play it at such a high volume eventhough the wait staff can clearly hear how loud it is. I was literally embarrassed for the wait staff in how inept they were at creating a pleasant dining experience. Note to 3 Margaritas: keep control of your drunk customers.

Im very upset with how I was treated. I was with my friend (who is much skinnier than I am) and she ordered a bunch of food. I then ordered the same amount of food and the waitress takes it and goes to the manager who comes back to my table and tells me "thats too much food." I was so hurt and offended. She wasnt saying this to my skinny friend. She was saying this to me. I didnt want to argue because I was so hurt and just said okay nevermind on that then just bring me an enchilada. I cannot believe I was told "thats too much food" and was pursuaded to get something less. My friend and I were so shocked at this that we just left. We later called the store again and asked to talk to the manager, she said she was the manager and that she was sorry for our experience and I tried to get their corporate phone number but she said shed belay the message for me (yeah right). Im in so much shock that I was treated this way. And by a restaurant that already serves large amounts of food. I will not be returning and I will be telling my friends and family of my experience and ask that they dont bring this location any more buisness either. If you hate bigger people, dont work at a restaurant. My weight isnt any of your buisness and you shouldnt be allowed to tell me what I can and cant eat. Ridiculous.

This was a mediocre dinner, at best. There were four adults and one baby at our table. They brought two plates, then the next two took about five more minutes to come - then we waited another 10 minutes for the fifth entree to be delivered. By the time my mom had her food, mine was cold. Glasses sat empty on the table for 20 minutes only to be refilled after we had to ask repeatedly. Our server seemed a little frazzled so we tried to be compassionate but we never once saw a manager on the floor trying to help her or check on guests. Some sort of compensation should have been offered for us having to wait so long for all the food to be delivered and drinks to be refilled - that might have saved the experience enough for us to consider returning. I spent many years in the service industry so I really try to give the benefit of the doubt - but management really needed to be supporting their staff and checking on guests. None of the entrees were very good - the taquitos on the kids menu were terrible: chewy & tough without any flavor. There were huge puddles around the toilets in the ladies room - both dangerous and gross. We wont be returning.

I havent been here in years, but sadly this place has failed in many ways tonight. First: the entire facility is in severe disrepair. The restroom is abysmal! One of the sensors for the self flushing urinal had been ripped out of the wall and was hanging by its wires near the fixture. A space heater was running directly beneath the p trap under the sink (an electrical hazard). The grout on the tile tables in the dining room were caked with nastiness. Several chairs were also damaged. Second: The service. Oops I mean the lack of service. Third: The food. It was swimming in grease (a salad mind you) and was totally disgusting. The beef on the salad was room temp, neither chilled from the fridge or fresh off the grill. Probably came from another plate... The waitress made several mistakes with our order and after repeated attempts at clarification in English and Spanish, no improvements were made. I will never return to this disgusting place!

I decided to take my youngest to this "restaurant" after we were seated we felt the table sticky, there were gum wrappers in the sugar bin. There were several packets of sugar with gums in them. When we received the ONE menu for my daughter and I to share... it was ripped and stained. The plastic covers were filthy!!!! we looked around and even noticed a crust of what i presume was old food in my glass. The floor was also dirty with pieces of food... i looked around and noticed that everyone who was there was ok with this!!!!!! I should of known better than to go inside when i saw the big red flag... there was a sign at the door written in chalk that said "We will discount 10% of your bill if you pay in cash" We did not order food. I advised the waiter that we were not going to eat here because the place was filthy and he just smirked at me and said ok... NEVER will I set foot in that filth!!!!
