The food here was okay when we finally got it. We came in at 8:40pm and didnt get our food until 9:50pm. The waitress came out at about 9:30 and said "oh my God I dont know what happened but your order didnt go in, the computer like messed up or something, but its in now, I like made sure to push the button" When we finally got our burgers they were both rare, like still bleeding, and my wifes side salad that was supposed to come with tomatoes, cucumber, cheese, carrots, and ranch, came with only lettuce and tomato, and nothing else (we also had to ask for a fork, since no silverware was on the table, and no napkins) My wife ordered a mixed vodka drink that ended up being $4.79, and I ordered two blue moons, that I later found out cost $6.79 each. The two beers not only cost more than my burger, but I could have purchased a 12 pack of blue moon for that and I have never paid more for a beer than a mixed drink. I also got charged for fries, that according to the menu, were supposed to come with the burger. Nothing even got comped as a "sorry we messed up" gesture. I would never recommend this place to anyone, unless you want to wait forever for overpriced, undercooked food.

This is NOT the first time this has happened! I took my family to this place on a wed. at 5pm it was NOT busy but they had tons of people waiting. I did not understand how a place so empty could have TONS of people waiting some waited 20min to get seated. So after 15min for me to be seated we got POOR service was the waitress and the food was luke-warm. The frys where HOT but the burger was cold. I asked why we had to wait SO long when I arrived BEFORE the dinner rush. They told me its now corporate policy to make you wait to provide better service. and that since I waited to be seated I was NOW in the diner rush for food. I got NO refills on my drink or bottomless fries. When I talked to the manager on duty: he said complain to corporate because its the policy to make you wait. I was not pleased and told him... I am a Royal club member I eat here often and this is the 3rd time that I have received poor services in a ROW from this NEW policy! They need to fix this! or I am not coming back.

My best friend and I go to dinner here all the time and a couple of the waitresses are awesome but some are not so awesome. On one particular occasion the waitress went by our table at least 6 different times before she even thought to ask if we would like a refill on our drinks, she never checked on how our meal was and seemed overall uninterested in our customer experience. On another particular occasion a man whom we assume to be some sort of manager kept sneaking around our table and just staring at us like we were gonna diner dash or something despite the fact that we eat it there pretty regularly, it was quite uncomfortable and I dont know if he was oblivious to the fact that we had noticed him giving us dirty looks and him making us uncomfortable or what, but I can tell you even though we still eat here we definitely think twice most of the time.

Went here expecting to pay $17 at the minimum for two burgers, two drinks not alcohol, and one appetizer. Instead I paid $36, including a reduced tip. I would not recommend the BBQ boneless chicken since youre paying about $9 for crap chicken, even $5 box at McDonalds would have been more worth it. Both sandwiches were okay at best, but not worth the price by a long shot. Dennys have a better range of tasty burgers than this "Gourmet burger joint". If you decide to come to this place, bring double the money you expect to pay, order cheap, get a better appetizer than the microwave chicken, and be ready to include at least 20-25% of your order price as a tip.

Im only giving this 4 star to Allision. She was actually not our waitress, but still went above and beyond to help us when our actual waiter did not. She ended up taking our orders after noticing we had waited a long time and tended to all of our refills for the rest of the time we stayed there. That is was real great customer service is about! Even though we were not her table nor someone she would expect to be tipped by, she still made sure we were taken care of. We tipped her personally before we left. Fries are great, burgers good tho mine was a little bit greasy.

I am very happy to see that we are not alone in the opinion that the SERVICE HERE SUCKS!!!! The staff tends to act arrogant and behave as though you are beneath them. Proof that all it takes are a few bad employees (Or just very very lazy ones) to drive away your repeat business. I am happy to say since our last visit our family of 6 has not been back for a long long time - and this was after being twice a month customers. Do yourselves a favor and hire Dave back as a manager and loose some un-helpful employees.

I have been coming to Red Robin for years and years, and the service has never been THIS bad!! There prices have gotten pretty high as well!! I came in the afternoon for one very simple to go order. I called it in, they said it would be ready in 10 minutes. When I got there 15 minutes later it was not ready and the to-go person was outside on a break and of all the employees inside no one could get me a drink.. the only person that could was also outside. Horrible horrible service in the middle of the day!!!

I was in on Sunday and the staff was so rude the lady that was helping our server looked like she didnt want to be at work or anything not friendly AT ALL rude!!! Love the bartender but thats about all shes always nice to me and makes conversation This is now the second time that I have been in and I think its really sad to hear al the waitresses complain about how they have been working all morning and till 6 at night really its ur job stop complaining be lucky u have a job some people dont!

My daughter found a rubber band in her kids mac&cheese- the servers said it was an onion. When the manager came to the table I described the item as stretchy, and not easily breakable. I havent ever seen a cooked onion ring that was stretchy and didnt break. Of course they removed the item from the bill and offered another serving...uh, no thank you. Sadly, when we left what was my daughters favorite restaurant, she said she has to find a new favorite.

Service is subpar. The recent changes by corporate has made the place as not inviting to go. Water has a bad taste and getting tea or soda does not help. The renovations have helped the atmosphere to be more enjoyable. Had an issue trying to redeem a loyalty reward at this location. Local management and corporate were worthless. RR has lost my business
