drove across town for strips and livers....they were out of strips and out of liver. The walked off before we could tell them what we wanyed instead...food was ok once we got it. we then drove further to the centerville location to possibly find what we wanted there. disappointing as this location is usually spot on

Ordered some food last night and got a box of overcooked crap. One employee was shocked by what was served. The guy I talked to said to bring it back, however Beatrice said that they are not going to do anything to help and would not allow me to return it. Will not go to Williams chicken again

Claim to be open until 11pm but actually they stop cooking before 10pm. So no food available at 10:20 pm. Waisted time driving there. Just close at 10pm if you stop cooking before then.

They have roaches at they facility!! One night I saw 3 big roaches no lie!! I have never ate there again!!! Thats just nasty...
