This is the absolute worst customer service weve ever experienced when it comes to a pizza shop. Twice now the online order didnt produce the correct pizza. The manager of this "Independent Franchise" was very unhelpful. We called and he said that this wasnt his problem, that we needed to call the people in Michigan regarding the online ordering system. He also refused to provide us with another pizza for the trouble, saying if we wanted a new one, wed have to reorder. He didnt care much either when we said we wouldnt be returning because of how we were being treated. People like him give other small business owners a bad name and send people to chains versus the independent franchise route. And that to me is the saddest part of all.

My husband and I are crazy about pizza and often find ourselves going to Cottage Inn Pizza because it simply has the best pizza in Columbus.....the crust (wow) is it good! . You can try any Gourmet tasty pizza ,Of course you can always build your own combination! So yummy. The service is always friendly and attentive. If youre a fan of hand tossed crust pizzas I highly recommend you visit Cottage inn Polaris .

Food is good but you better hope they made it right. This place has the terrible customer service when it comes to fixing a bad order. These have different crust flavors that are quite good but its a gamble if they make them right. Manager sounds very arrogant on the phone when hes called out. This is the last time we order from this place

One of the worst pizzas I have had in the city. They delivered the incorrect toppings, the sauce was devoid of flavor (no seasoning, just sugar and tomato), the cheese wouldnt stay on, and the crust was soggy. The breadsticks were cold and were as flavorful as the pizza; but hey, the salad was okay.

We ordered Cottage Inn last week for the first time and we were impressed with the quality of the food, the price, and the service. We placed our order online and it was ready in 15 minutes exactly like the website claims. We will definitely order from Cottage Inn again!

Fantastic! This is by far my favorite pizza place! They are consistently delicious, the staff is always friendly, not to mention they have a great variety of specialty pizzas that are very reasonably priced. My favorite is the deep dish spicy med pizza. Delish!!!

This FAR from gourmet pizza. The deep dish was soggy and not very flavorful. The everything crust tasted liked pan drippings and the bread sticks reminded me of little cesars. Save your money or go anywhere but here. Little cesars has better pizza

Ive had the cheese steak sub here 3 times in the past already and each time I can always expect the same amazing quality. Its hard to believe Ive never stopped in, with the store being in my own backyard. One of my current favorite pizza places.

Fantastic Pizza! Love the gourmet pizza options. We ordered the Motor City Meatball pizza and were very impressed. Definitely one of Westervilles top pizza places! Highly recommended!
