Worst panera experience of my life. Ordered a rapid to go order and only one of the half sandwiches was correct. They had ran out of bread bowls, the main part of the order, and failed to try to contact me to inform me of this prior to arriving at the restaurant. The tomato soup had no croutons and the french onion soup was missing the cheese. Nothing was done to compensate for the mistakes or the inconvience besides an attitude from the shift supervisor.

I come to this Panera quit a lot because I work at BabiesRUs right on the strip and ever time I come here its on my lunch. They always take FOREVER to get my food which they should considering all I order is a sandwich and soup. Most of the time I get that they are busy but they completely ignore my order and never once have they apologized for making me wait 20 mins for my sandwich. Not satisfied at all with the service.

The food is always good here. Ordered a bread bowl and after I was waiting for my food the cashier told me they were out of bread bowls. I asked if I could get a credit since it is cost more and she just stared at me and said I could choose any soup I want... I dont think she understands what a credit or refund means.

Great as always! I have never had a bad experience at any location I have been to. The quality of food is always fresh and prepared properly. Our food was even brought to our table (this was a new experience for me). From Ohio - Florida - Arizona and California, it is always a pleasurable dining experience.

Panera is over priced. The last two times I got a $7.00 sandwich at this location I was not impressed. $5.00 for a small bowl of Mac n cheese is outrageous.
