Normally I get great service from a Tim Hortons. This one is easily the worst Ive ever been to. Our family stops once a week at this particular to get donuts as a treat. The drive thru is always super slow. The order taker is often very rude and incompetent. Theyve tried to charge me the price for 6 individual donuts as opposed to the 1/2 dozen price (a difference of $2) on several occasions. The real kicker, though, is that they have screwed up my order practically every time. Were only talking 6 donuts here, and they somehow manage to royally screw it up. This is not a one or two time thing, but theyve messed it up at least 10 times in the past 3 months. So, if you want good service and good food, find somewhere else to go. Avoid this place at all cost.

Waited over 8 mins parked for a panini sandwich. Only 1 car ahead of me and no one behind me and when I get to the window to pay, I had to repeat my order. So irritating. And that is on top of some mornings when I go and ask for the plain sausage biscuit combo and I get egg and cheese. Yuck! Happens 90% of the time. Now I dont leave window until I check the sandwich. They get mad but then I hand it back to them and then they apologize. Just get it right. Not like I ordered anything special. You are wasting the companys money putting egg and cheese on it just to throw it away. Common sense!

I have been frequenting this Tims for years now (very convienant on my way to work) and they have started to finally turn things around. There is no doubt that they had issues up until the beginning of 2016 with poor service and poor food prep quality, but so far under the new management things have done a 180°, lets hope it stays this way. So for now I will give it 4/5 stars.

Terrible service. Usually teens/young adults there in afternoon/weekends, all have awful work ethic. Go to the Tims on Fodor attached to the Wendys. They will take care of you. This TH only survives because of its location. Recently underwent a new management change and it got worse. TLDR: its a polished turd. Go to literally any other Tim Hortons.

Lies!!!!!!!! They say they are open 24 hours! Its 10:57pm and the doors are unlocked but the lights are off and the crew is hanging out in the lobby. This is poor service, horrible business to run. If Google says your open 24 hours then you are open 24 hrs. Management will be called on this one.

Poor service. Guy working counter could hardly even take an order because there is a young lady singing to country at the top of her lungs. WTH. Then she says hey I cant grill anything for you on the menu I had to shut it down for burning something. Not professional AT ALL.

This Tim Hortons is such a joke...avoid this location at all costs. Better to go to 5710 Cleveland Avenue, Columbus Exit 29 off the 270. I only rated 1 start because there was nothing lower in order to properly rate them such as a minus 5.

Also not open 24 hours, if you run a business it would be helpful to have the correct hours posted where people get directions to find you. Disappointed for the second time tonight because of misinformation.

Not opened 24 hours dont know how many times I went there around 430 am and no one would answer drive thru. They must be sleeping , and the mocca taste like watered down mud!
