Pizza is constantly bland and tasteless. Toppings only make it worse. Dont even think about getting chicken on your pizza, if you order anything just get it plan. Pies & slices are overpriced, and its CASH ONLY per the sign at the front. I lived next door, and my parents love this spot. They were raised on "New York Pizza, 2 slices for 2 bucks and a soda for 50 Cents". So in other words, Id say this pizza tastes like what youll get at a "Slice for 99 Cents" joint. Trendy "Neapolitan" pizza this aint. My most recent visit will be my last. I just wanted a quick lunch slice and was starving, so I ducked in on a whim. Took my place at the end of the line, which included an old lady ordering a buffet sized order, a guy who couldnt speak English, and me. The owner of the store, who is also the cook, was slamming the oven closed, throwing the phone down after taking orders, and yelling at his customers. I decided to keep quiet, send some work e-mails on my phone, and wait for him to take my order. After the last guy got his slice it was my turn, but before I could speak he yelled at me and say "You here to order or what?". I said that I was waiting for him to be ready to take my order. He then yelled "Ive been saying Next Customer! 10 times while youve been playing on your phone!". This, by the way, was not true. He had said "Next Customer" once, whereupon the non-English speaker tried to give him a order by waving his hands and acting out what hed like his pizza to taste like, and after that a "call in" order rang in. I gave him a look, said "See you around" and walked out the door. So if you like going to a pizza joint where the pies taste like 99 Cent crap, an a old school Italian guy will yell at you for using your blackberry, the slices are overpriced and you cant use plastic, by all means check this place out. Me? I prefer to go somewhere that has tasty food, and the Customer isnt yelled at.

if you are looking for a good local slice, you should look no further. Was looking a lotcal pizza place with a few seats as I was coming here with 3 others. and look what i found thanks to Yelp. The drink selection was good but a large mug of root beer works charms with their pizza. In terms of the slices, the white pizza was solid. The flavor was excellent the slice had an underlying cheese part that was good. It had a thin crust. The pepp pizza was solid. Good pretty large slice of pizza with a good thin crust, some good cheese, and tons of pep. It wasnt super greasy/oily either, even for an anchovy slice. Good pizza that isnt super greasy. Color me impressed. Pretty inexpensive and quite tasty. Nice/funny staff to boot.

Ive lived here for 7 years and have been to many, many pizza joints in the city. Still...I think Sutton Pizza is the BEST pizza around. Their slices are awesome. Ive turned so many people onto this place. The staff is great...authentic you know what I mean? It aint trendy but who cares if the food is great! Thanks guys for always giving me good slices and for fast delivery on a Friday night!!!!

Worst delivery experience ever. Delivered to the wrong apartment. When I called to complain 1.5 hours after order and suggested that at midnight i no longer wanted the order, the guy started screaming and telling me that he was going to call the police. A very odd experience but one that I clearly will not repeat. Thank you to Seamless for making the entire thing right.

Probably the best pizza in the world. Definitely the best cal zone in the world!!!!! Some people complain about the long wait, but my brother who lives in Europe practically is always counting down to his next NY-visit which means a cal zone at Ucayalis, so thats a wait of more or less 3-5 months. Well worth it though!

been eating their baked ziti and chicken Parmesan dishes since I was a little girl when my uncle would buy them for weekend dinners. so delicious, quality food, no frills. other "snazzier" pizzerias may come and go in the neighborhood, and newcomers might not know the diff...but Im a Suttons girl all the way

We went in after hours and they were still open. Food was delicious. I ordered the vodka pasta it was delicious and cooked perfectly. Staff was extremely friendly. Will definitely visit again.

Eh. Good thin crust but definately nowhere near the best Ive ever had. Too many onions in the sauce on the Sicilian. Maybe better for takeout but small and dingey for eat in.

The plain slice is amazing. The topping slices have the diamond pattern on the bottom of the slice. Not a fan of that, but the plain slices are special.
