What a friendly and clean place! These young people, Cass, Brittany, Eerie, the list goes on are ALL exceptional in maintaining the cleanest Starbucks I have ever been in - filled & spotless milk bar and counters! Even when there is a long line, everyone waits - but not for long. The staff jumps into turbo mode and everyone is sipping and smiling in short order! I am greeted with a smile every morning and again in the afternoon - what can I say they made me a Starbucks addict! There are closer Starbucks in proximity to my office but not in service with a real smile and a perfect drink EVERY time!

i want to start to say( i advice to people, to check their credit cards before they leave the cafe) why? the casher tried to steal my credit card, he stuck it in his pocket, and he act like nothing happen, and when i asked for my card back he said (i have no idea what you are talking about), i said him check your pocket, so he did, and found my card, so he act as it was coincidently there, and he found it funny......and then he let wait for 10 minut for my drinks. Check your card before you leave, i think this is the place where they steal credit cards from tourists...

Gladly took my business to Gregorys...which tastes much better, by the way. And they follow their colleagues order instructions on the cup. Every Starbucks I went into, but mainly this one seemed to take the win for most incompetent, theyd waste my time by asking for my name and how Id like my drink and the barista would do a wonderful job by not following any of my order requests. Whats even wonderful is they yell out the beverage name, but not the customers names, leaving five people reaching out for that one drink wondering to whom it belongs.

If you cant open by 5:30 dont say you open at 5:30. I was there at 5 :45 and they are just about to start. It was dark and freezing cold out. And they made me waiting OUTSIDE the door while they really take their time to get ready. I GOT MUGGED! There was a huge guy came to " borrow some money" from me. Right in front of Starbucks! Glass door! I slammed the door and cried. They were still doing their stuff, pretend to hear or see nothing. This terrifying experience will haunt me for a while and I swear I ll never be near this human-less place.

I was cosuming there. And used a restroom. A employee was so crazy to knock the door. Said he need to use restroom. I was in the toilet. So rude!!!
