A nice cafe style ambiance is achieved with a cozy L-shaped wooden bar surrounded by ten tables dressed in crisp, white cotton for those who want to stay. The menu is traditional Northern and Southern Indian fare with plenty of vegetarian offerings. However, the Masala selections are more varied than most of the places down in the Little India area of The Village. I found the Raita to be a bit sweet for my taste yet its still tasty. The take-out service is fast and packaged very well with plenty of the entre - one isnt drowning in rice, lol. The highlight is the 12pm to 3pm Lunch Special menu: Veggy or Meat Curry and a few of their Masalas. The entres comes with Jasmine Rice, Naan bread, Samosa (Veggy or meat), and the traditional condiments (Tamarind, Mint & Onion Chutneys) for $10.95 to $12.95. What I really appreciate is that you can exchange the Naan for one of the other breads without a fuss. The staff is pleasant and friendly. In addition, they are very patient and helpful to those unfamiliar with Indian cuisine. Ive been waiting for an Indian restaurant to hit Harlem and Im so glad that its one with good quality food and service.

OUTSTANDING DECOR!!!! The works of art bring you back to ancient India. I love how dim the lights are during the evening. The dishes are always hearty and not only filled up with just rice. The restaurant is always clean. The bathroom is always clean and neat. The service is so friendly as well, they are always welcoming. They also remember customers and never overcharge. The chicken tikkas are soooo tasty, also my friends, the Biyranis are great. The prices are affordable and the tandoori is graet. Love this place and it is an all time favorite, my dear friends please do check out!

This place is so great. The deals are well priced, especially for a Indian cuisine in Harlem. Its a hit so far, I order all the time and they are great! If they ever do make a mistake, which is rarely, they never blame me, they apologize and merely bring me extra and with no hassle. Its a very cozy restaurant and the aura inside is very welcoming. Staff is very polite and friendly as well, and the place overal is attractive. Love the artworks from India there. Food is well cooked and do recommend this to anyone who is in the area or would like a deliverY!

OK guys are you ready? drop everything you have and just go there. seriously, stop reading and go! every time i go there they great me so nicely! and while I wait for my TakeOut I always get some bread and some Indian spicy dips. BTW it is BYOB and the prices are great! I can not recall what I had but everything with coconut cream is amazing!!

I loveeeee the chicken tandoori. The naan is fluffy and crispy, the mango lassi is on point. Been here more than a few times and was pleased every time. Pretty big portions too. The staff is super nice and let me sit and served me some snacks and water while I waited for my to-go order.
