Being Armenian, I have a pretty high standard for Middle Eastern food. I also try to eat very healthy if I can. But I must say, Eons is a new favorite for me. The quality of the food here, coupled with the price (with most entrees under $10) makes it a real winner. The food is healthy and delicious! I have had the grass-fed beef and lamb (I love that they have grass-fed meat), and the chicken are all tender and flavorful. You have the choice of white or brown rice (cooked just right, not dry like other places), a wrap or salad base. My favorite vegetarian sides are the Eons salad (with Farro, never tried it before but so healthy and good), Greek Salad, and Chick pea salad. The roasted (smoked flavored) eggplant topping is also amazing! About the place itself, it is always clean. The decor is white and bright, and has a nice atmosphere. The owners added a personal touch of putting actual plants on each table. After being in the office all day, thats a nice plus. And about the owners, the nicest people. They truly care about their customers, and are always welcoming. I am so glad Eons opened close to where I work in Murray Hill. If you like Mid-Eastern food, and go here, Im sure it will become a favorite of yours too! Happy eats! ~Obed

Its hard to find places for lunch on the east side near NYU hospital. Im always running out of options since its mostly delis or pizza places. My coworker recommended this place and thought I should try it out. The place is like Chipotle but with Greek food. You can pick either pita, rice, or salad. Then, you pick a protein. Then, you pick a side and toppings. I like the lamb over rice with chickpea salad. The food is fresh, tasty, and healthy which is hard to find in a lunch place.

Oh my god. This food has to be one of the best tasting foods Ive had in a while. The menu is designed like a build your own similar like the one of chipotle. The quality of the food is fresh and healthy. The lentils, chicken were amazing and so was everything else. The place itself was clean and tidy. P.s. Thanks to the ladies that took care of me they were very friendly!

This is a GREAT place for fresh, healthy, and organic Greek food. Its set up à la Chipotle: you pick your base, protein, and toppings. They offer a wide range of choices (including octopus!) and hearty portions (I can usually make two meals out of my order). Im hoping they expand to more locations in NYC. Im glad I discovered this gem!

Everything was very tasty (I had the lamb with brown rice, beats and tomato salad. The falafel, however, was terrible. Very dry and hard to eat. I wanted to give this a perfect review but just couldnt get over the falafel. Its pricey (though you do get a lot of food) and all the reviews were good so I was expecting more.

Great Greek food assembled as you like it. Salmon and brown rice with spicy hummus was very good. Daughter liked pita with lamb. Staff was very helpful explaining ordering. Hit a lull in the crowd. Menu says they have wine but they have not gotten license yet.
