worst carvel ever i went in there with my family got a Carvelanche asked the old lady there if she could add another topping into it and she said it cost extra i said no problem so she just added oreo cookies to it and i asked okay can you mix it in and she say no i have other people waiting and your taking and your order is taking so long so i get a $12 cup of ice cream that not even done right ended up spending $25 there for the 3 of us and had terrible service

The people here are always pleasant, the store is clean and the ice creams, both soft and hard, are yummy. Lots of varieties of cakes as well. And for those who observe dietary laws, the entire store is kosher (under the supervision of the Kof K).
