It pains me to give this review because I love Chipotle and I have been going to this chain for some time...BUT this particular location is a consistent (key word CONSISTENT) nightmare...They are consistently short staffed (they make no qualms about complaining to customers about it)...nasty line people (last night one guy threw a metal top at the cashier when I told them for the 3rd time that my order was to go). This was the second time in 2 months that they had no chips (NO CHIPS?...very strange for a tex-mex take out)...and it is DIRTY (probably from the staffing situation)... My son ordered a kids meal last night and they had no issue with charging us for a complete meal when there were no chips and I was informed that I would have to call the manager the next day (so no decision maker on staff and somehow, I was supposed to deal with all of their issues)... Chipotle is good...there are some decent vegan options...meals become very high cal when you start adding on the cheese and sour cream so if you are concerned, just dont do it... I would highly encourage you to stay away from the Peabody location...anyone who says the atmosphere is good, service is good, etc...has clearly not been to a good Chipotle location...

This is the 5th time Ive come to this chipotly here in Peabody and I absolutely love CHIPOTLY but this specific place is absolutely horrible!! This is the 5th time Ive come expecting is was just a bad day but every day is bad, they run out of corn, sour cream and guac all day every day, always worker sitting down and chatting, or one is talking to his girl friend and kissing on the side of the cashier, the soda machines are empty and there is fruit flies everywhere!! I had to ask for a wash rag cause the tables were so filthy they needed a wet rag to wipe down it looks like it was stuck to the table for days!! No one comes here now I know why and there are more staff then there is needed just chilling I wish I had there job when I was a teenager THEY DO NOTHING Btw this is the 3rd time Ive walked out and they have giving a free meal so I guess thats good I use them for a free meal cause I know there horrible

I have been here a bunch of times. This location is dirty and slow. I felt like I was sort if bothering them by being there today. The place is just getting worse and worse. The food had an overcooked left out forever quality to it although tasted ok. Im a big fan of chipotle and go to the Saugus one about once a week, great place. My one complaint about chipotle in general is they dont give you enough salsa!

The first couple times I went there it was a disaster. They were very slow. I called and spoke with a manager Natalie about my experience she said that she was sorry and told me to come in and hopefully make things right. I did the workers were very nice I got 2 free bowls and it was very quick. Im hoping that they keep it up like the service I had today.

Im here now. This is a fine Chipotle. I like the lighting and layout. Staff is patient and attentive. They serve beer and margaritas. Done with my burrito salad, wondering if this location connects directly to the Northshore Mall its attached to.

Whats not to love about Chipotle? Friendly staff, great food. This particular restaurant could have used some more frequent picking up of the tables. We cleared our own but appears most people just leave their mess on the tables.

This chipotle was an average chipotle. The crew welcomed me with smiles and kindness. Halfway through my meal the manager asked me if there was anything she could get me. Very kind, more places need to be like Chipotle in Peabody.

Standard Chipotle in terms of food and quality. Friendly staff. Its attached to the mall, but outside of it, so you get mall traffic but usually can find seats and not wait too long in line.

Ordered a bowl - beans, chicken, corn, cheese, with the tortilla on the side, and a bag of chips. Bowls was half full, tortilla was way over cooked so it was crispy, chips were stale.

Only been here a few times, but appreciated that an employee ran out the door with a bag I forgot to get on a pickup order. Would have sucked to realize when I got home. Good stuff
