If I could rate this establishment a 0 out of 5 I would. But not for the reason someone typically does. The bagels, drinks, and baked good are all amazing. Their employees, although somewhat over worked, are a delight to talk to. The atmosphere is nice and it has all the bullet points checked off of seeming like a good family hang out. But I will no longer visit this business. On my most recent visit, I saw a man working that I had seen before who looked somewhat familiar. I could never place his face so I turned to my friend and asked if he looked familiar to her. She stared at him and the look on her face I will never forget. She recognized him to be James Colby Smith. A simple google search of his name will show many results of a man whos charges make me sick to think about. My friends have kids and I love babysitting them, and now my top pick of spots to go has been eliminated as I could never bring myself to have him anywhere near them. Why would a place thats been going downhill (10+ stores down to 2), think it wise to hire a man such as himself in an establishment they wish to be kid friendly? I will be posting this to every media I can, and telling everyone I know with kids as its not right to allow him so close to children with no warnings.
