Mexican food is easy to make but hard to make well. Mexico Lindo is one of the few in Calaveras that can make it well. The enchiladas are excellent. The tacos are fresh and tasty. The salsa is homemade, sweet and spicy. The beans are just right...not too greasy. The prices are reasonable for the amount of food you are given. We will definitely come back!

Come on people,lets be honest! I love Anna hard working mom, I only go there to help her out,the food is just ok, come on its rice and beans with some kind of meat, how can u mess up rice and beans? Really.... if there is more than 3 tables your food will take awhile, but again we love Anna!
