I personally LOVED Taco Bell, but after the experience I had today, I dislike it. As I was eating my taco, I realized there was a HAIR INSIDE OF THE SHELL (literally, inside of it) it was so thick, & dark & if you looked closely, you could see it through the shell. So I did what any person would do, call & complain about it. Not an employee, but their ASSISTANT MANAGER, wouldnt even let me talk, I didnt even get to tell him what I was calling for. He continued to rise his voice & talk over me. Not only am I complaining about what I originally wanted to complain about, but now I also have to add how rude, & terrible their so called "service" is. Im absolutely disgusted, annoyed & pissed.

I went to this Taco Bell last night at about 9 pm, Wile I went through the drive through the car in front of me was being very rowdy and rude, I expected to get very poor service after seeing how they acted. Surprisingly I was greeted with a very happy hello. The drive through clerk was amazing for her positive customer service and her prompt services, she also took the time to help me chose what sauce would best fit my taste buds. Thanks for the smooth service.

Worst place to get food from. Customer service is really horrific. Half the time your order is wrong and if you drive by at midnight lights are on drive thru sign is ,on the website it says its open. Yet you pull in nobody there to help you afterwards they tell you theyre closed. People that work there are either really effin stupid or are retarded (no offense to mentally challanged people) no wonder the building burned down a few years ago. IDIOTS!!!!

Just came to buy food here at the drive thru and it was probably some of the worst service ive ever received. I had to keep repeating my order over and over at the speaker and when i finally drove up to the window they still got my order wrong and when i told her she just got mad...not friendly at all no customer service. At the end i asked for hot sauce, when i receive my food she walked away like she didnt wanna deal with me anymore. 0

Just got back from Taco Bell on Edinger & Fairview and had to comment immediately on what bad service I received from the young girl at window. I couldnt understand what she was saying and rather than try to help me, she comes out with smart ass replies. I recommend the owner of this franchise or region manager get with their employees on proper service. No one likes a smart ass and I know I will not returning anytime soon.

Ordered on a weekday, @12, inside the restaurant, place is clean, roomy, friendly, customer service, food was slow, it was Good tho hooked up, the taco was crunchy not broken, the cheese wasnt melted all the way in the burrito tho:( it was really cold in there too.

Price was very reasonable, but the double chalupa has double lettuce and tomato with VERY little meat. The whole time I was eating, one of the employees was mopping the floor around were I was seated, moving chairs...disrupting me eating my "SINGLE CHALUPA"
