When will i learn? Im addicted to their soups. Been here three times. Bad service every time. But everytime i come in they mess up my simple soup order. Ive spent 20 minutes waiting for a soup when no one is even in there. They also almost gave me someone elses dinner. Then my soup was waiting on the counter and my buzzer never went off. Extremely disorganized management. Lazy. And the workers seem like theyve never worked with the public or in food service. The place is also really run down. Dirty floor. No pride in restaurant or in the public. Very weird vibe. Zombie like.

I wasnt a fan of this place in years past, but they have new menu items and now I really like it for lunch. Im not a fan of tomato soup, but I really like theirs. I also enjoy the three cheese grilled sandwich. They have plenty of seating which makes it easy to meet a group. I agree with other reviewers that the place needs a remodel. The floor is banged up in many obvious places. However, I find it clean - except for the nice outdoor seating that can be overrun with pigeons.

Had breakfast with my son here last Saturday. Our all-time favorite is the petite cheese danish. Cant get enough of those.. Love that they keep the traditional cafe feel. I hope this never closest. We just lost our other favorite in Redwood City. How sad.
