Worst Jamba Juice I ever got! First, We walk in and there is a line which is fine with me but as we stood in line someone walked in behind us and yelled to the employees "whats up"? As we stood in line my husband looked behind us at time and the male behind us was rubbing his hands in his hair and then proceeded to chew off his fingernails. Not so bad people do what they want in life but just wait for the rest of this review. We get up to the counter and I ask the employee a question about one of there drinks. "Would you recommend the Aloha Pineapple."? She looked at me and said " You order what you want, I cant tell you what to order". Ok then we proceed to order. As we are ordering I over here the male behind me shouting at another employee who is making the drinks, Hey dude you working Friday? Employee: "yes but I have a party to go to, Can you cover my shift" Male behind me "yeh sure". Employee working " Cool dude, Thanks now I can get my party on". After ordering and paying, The Employee who helped us walked to the back and the male decided that he would ring himself out. After ringing himself out he proceeded to walk to the back grab his ticket and start making his drink himself. Our order was then behind his. He grabs all the ingredients for his drinks with his hands. Now you can see why it was a big deal he touched his greasy hair and chewed his nails. Our order was made after he just did all that and walked out the door with his drink in his hand. I was so disgusted that both my husband and I threw our drink away and wasted a good $10.00. I reported it to both the manager the next day and corporate and in return I got a letter back saying we will review with our team members. Oh how I was so excitied to hear that. NOT!!!

The BOGO fundraiser card led us there. The lady was nice upon entering. The guy who took my order didnt inform me of the free boost and when I asked about it (because I had heard another cashier ask his customer) he seemed put off and the girl making the smoothie had to put it back in the blender. The peach one was good, but the mango one I got wasnt great, it had an aftertaste like orange peel. Parking was atrocious because of Starbucks drive thru blocking a whole row of parking. Overall: 5/10

Went here this morning for some oatmeal before heading to the airport and the customer service from the two girls was outstanding. I never expected to be wowed at a jamba but between my interaction and the lady in front of me they were so sweet! It was an iffy choice going to jamba while catching a flight but they were quick and courteous. 5/5 girls!!

Went here the other morning! The staff is super friendly and happy. I wish they had one closer to Elk Grove- florin road that would be awesome! But I am content with going to this one its always clean the drinks always come out super quick and staff is always awesome!

The staff is the best there i come all. The time however today but about 20mins ago i ordered what i always order was terrible and very watery with no taste very disappointed this time especially when you have a taste for something.

Not nearly as bad as the one near home Depot... Clean, orderly and has outdoor patio seating. As long as you dont mind being right next to a busy curb.
