I am a loyal customer but after my experience with IN & OUT today, I am happy to share ..... On June 4, 2016 me and my family went to the closest IN & OUT corner of Chapman in Placencia, Ca. I left my purse there, I was so sad since I had like 10 Memory Cards with my babys pictures in there from birth to now (3 years) to take them to Costco and print them, I was devastated I called all places I went that day, except IN & OUT since I didnt even remember I went there :(, my head was not ok that day :( I was 100% sure it was gone forever, and like a week after I received a call from IN & OUT Lost and Found office in Baldwin Park ( until now I dont even know how they got my number) and Scott called me letting me know they have found my purse and he was going to mail it to me, I was so happy I started crying and telling him how happy and blessed I was. I have no words to thank this Company and this is the best thing I can do for them. They even paid $8.30 to send it to my house. Wow!!!!! There still good people and great honest Companies around. Thank you God and IN & OUT!!!!!

As all In-N-Outs, this place tastes great, is cheap, and has a nice atmosphere. However, this location in particular is way too crowded. The parking lot is very small but, due to the fact that it is near a university, it ALWAYS has people. So, chances are you wont be able to park, and even if you can, it would be difficult for large vehicals to park comfortably. There is some street parking, however that parking is technically reserved for residents, so you risk a ticket if you park there. All in all: it is In-N-Out, so it has great food and service but because of the parking, it can be frustrating at times.

Whenever I want In-N-Out, this is one of the two locations near me that I debate going to. This location, like many In-N-Outs has great food, excellent customer service, and a spacious interior for seating. Unfortunately, there is no drive thru. Where this location is located, there is no space for a drive thru. Since this one is located near CSU Fullerton, I try to avoid this place during the lunch and dinner rush. Parking in the nearby residential street is prohibited, so when the parking lot is full, I recommend going to the McDonalds parking lot across the street.

1st time at In-n-Out and it was awesome! I had a 3x3 animal style and fries animal style. Fries were pretty good but the burger was incredible. There are no In-n-Outs where I live and after only 1 visit, i think Im going through withdrawals. Staff at this location was very good as well. A bus of elementary/middle school kids showed up and they handled them very well and took care of the people not associated with the bus well.

In N Out is and always will be the best burger in town. The only reason we dont give it a 5 is because parking is kind of a hassle here. The college crowd from Cal State Fullerton makes it a popular hang out, but its worth it to circle the block a few times and wait for a parking space. The staff and service is fantastic and we will not settle for the 3 other burger places on the adjacent corners and down the street.

The food is FANTASTIC! The restaurant is always clean and the staff is very friendly. Usually very crowded during lunch, dinner and weekends but thats to be expected with such delicious burgers! I always get a 4x4 with mustard fried patties, whole grilled onions and chopped chilies with a side of animal style fries. I always leave full and satisfied :)

Great burger experience. As expected from InNOut, the food and service is excellent. The only issue with this location is the parking. Overflow parking forces you to the side residential streets. There is also a large parking lot which requires a short walk off the main adjacent street.

A classic. No drive through at this location, and the wait gets long in the evening. Sometimes traveling teams eat here. They often park in the street and back up traffic. Be wary. If you like grilled onion, try a "whole" grilled onion.

Just as good as any other In-N-Out. However food could be served faster. Waited 30mins for food to come out. People who togo inside the restaurant had front line vip pass than the ones who decided to eat at the restaurant.

This place is always crowded, no matter what time of day you go. There is no drive through which makes the parking lot very chaotic. Sometimes you have to wait for a while to get a parking spot.
