Pues el sabor todos lo conocemos como lo que queremos probar por eso les doy una estrella pero te cobran rapido pero aquí el servicio para darte tu pollo se tarda mucho pues al menos 10 minutos de espera y el personal sin ninguna prisa te dan tu orden. No se si es culpa del gerente pero no les importa si estas esperando tu orden ellos no tienen prisa.La última vez que fui pues mi tren a san diego no le faltaba mucho para que se fuera y pues le dije a una cajera de las que estaban platicando bien felices que si me podia dar lo que tuvieran listo pues me tenía que hir y casualidad se puso a hacer mi orden de tres piezas de pollo y me la pude llevar. Se inmaginan??? Solo eran tres piezas de pollo y no tenían interés en darmelas hasta que las pedí. Todos sabemos del pollo pero lleven tiempo extra.

Manejo una hora para llegar a este restaurante La comida caliente y muy delicioso el pollo y el personal muy bueno. Solamente pedimos a gritos pongan un security en la puerta que controle la entrada de personas que no llegan a comprar solamente se acercan a pedir dinero no estoy en contra que lo hagan pero que sea afuera. Muy desagrable estar comiendo y que se sienten a la par a esperar que se les de comida. Mil disculpas si ofendo a alguien con mi comentario pero muchos clientes opinan lo mismo pero la verdad estas personas ocupan las mesas y no consumen.

Its really good chicken, nothing compared to what you can get in Guatemala since thats where it was founded and recipe made. I feel like this restauraunt chain in the United States lacks a "wow" factor and no satisfaction with customer service and "doing the best they can do" but the chicken is good and so are most of the sides all though the proportions can be drastically different based on who serves you (fries can either be flowing over and sometimes there isnt enough to even fill half the container)

Like KFC and El Pollo Loco had a baby and the baby is damn good! We tried it cause it looked like the breaking bad chicken place and we were in awe! OMG best fried chicken we have ever had in our lives! YUMMY YUMMY! Get an orange bang next door at subway then head on over for fried chicken done right! The rolls are not good just skip or get tortillas! Also ask for extra gravy your going to want to dip the chicken in it! YUMMY YUMMY!

WHAT A RIP OFF!!! I got ripped off here yesterday! I chose the 4 Piece/2 sides and Tortilla Special Deal for 12 dollars. When I got back to the hotel, I found that there were hardly any French Fries in the bag (not even enough to quarter fill the Fries bag!). FOR A 12 DOLLAR MEAL, THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. THE STAFF SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! AVOID THIS PLACE !!!

It was certainly not a pleasant visit, the food that I recieved was not the one I ordered and when I went to complain that there was a hair in my food the manager raised her voice and gave me attitude saying " And what do you want me to do ?!".I will definitely not recommend this place, there is a negative atmosphere here.

El Salvador or Guatemala..same recipe! It started in one place..developed in another. The best fried chicken I have ever had..not oily very juicy and tasty..firey red color but not spicy..just enough kick to it.. Not salty like american fried chicken. 2 choices of chicken. baked or fried.. FRIED CHICKEN is the BEST!

The chicken probably would have tasted good when fresh, but everything was old like it had been sitting there all day. Admittedly I did visit near closing time. Chips were cold and hard. The staff member who served me was all smiles, shame she has to work there.

Its not originally from Guatemala, its actually from El Salvador. The food is great but the people that work there always f#*c up the orders, make sure you check your orders to make sure it matches what you ordered.
