Crap customer service! Decaf was ordered by mistake and the best they would do is replace ONE of the two boxes I ordered! They said they could not take back the coffee once delivered due to FDA regulations. Guess what? Costco takes back food items all the time! Why? Because they want to keep the customer happy so that they will continue to shop there. Apparently this is lost on Roger,,,errr, San Francisco Bay, or whatever they are calling themselves today. Another lost customer!

Ordered a variety of coffees when placing an order to get a Freedom Clip for my new Keurig 2 machine. Shipping was fast, free clip works like a charm and all the coffees have been delicious. My husband is a big fan of the Pumpkin Spice, I liked the Fog Chaser and Organic coffees. Will definitely re-order from Rogers/San Francisco Bay

Ive never tried a French Roast that I didnt consider "bitter". Until I tried RFCs San Francisco Bay French Roast. No bitterness, just smooth, rich, flavorful coffee. And consistently good, from one bag to the next. Once I tried it, I was hooked for good. I hope they never stop producing it. Its delicious coffee.

Its definitely French Roast, so if you dont like a smoky, somewhat strong & bitter coffee you arent going to like this one but what I LOVE the most is how ecosensitive the K-cups are. So, Ill buy them again.
