4 years ago, I ordered Iced Americano at this place but there was no sleeve at the pick up desk and all workers were busy. Just after I picked one sleeve from inside the glass window, one of the worker called me and took back the sleeve and threw it away to the trash can. He grabbed several stacked sleeves which might touched by my hand and threw them all away to the trash can again. He again grabbed one of the stacked sleeves and gave it to me. I was so embarrassed and I just got out of there. Today, suddenly I reminded this incident and now I am writing it. It was really horrible experiance. I know this happened long time ago but this is the place I had treated like a very dirty person.

I always love starbucks, and this is no exception. I am only giving three stars here because this starbucks is small! So if you plan to stay and chat or do work, I would check out a different location. Though if you just want to grab a quick drink, the staff here is friendly, and if you pay with the starbucks app you can get good deals (this is true at any starbucks).

This is a typical Starbucks. At the wrong time of day, parking can be a nightmare, and this location does not have a drive-through. Other than that, its what I expect from a Starbucks as far as the staff, quality of product, and cleanliness of the establishment goes.

Cleaner than the location on El Toro Rd and Trabuco, busy in the morning where the parking can be a little hit and miss due to other places in the shopping center. Not much interior seating but lots of outdoor seating.

Good feel to the environment, everyone in a good mood and greated me as I entered. In addition to that, one of the pretty girls showed me how to use Android pay for the very first time and that was extremely easy.
