Harmony Tea Bar Customer Service:1/5 Before I could ask the cashier what they would recommend the cashier was busy talking to another customer/friend on the side. After I was done ordering the Staff member told me it would take around 5-7 mins. I was fine with that but unfortunately it took the staff 7 mins just to start (Note: not busy at the time) and it took them 16 mins just to make it. After I took a straw and added some sugar and thanked them but they simply ignored me. In conclusion the staff (Not all of them) can use some motivation because it seems that they dont want to be there. Drinks:3.5/5 The Moroccan Mint Tea Iced wasnt as refreshing as the staff claimed. It honestly tasted like some one took some cold water and added some mint leaves. I did enjoy the mint leaves but in general the flavors were executed poorly. The Honey Boba was very good and had the proper constancy. Setting:4/5 The setting at Harmony is very rustic and It is a great place to sit down, relax and converse. The back is my favorite part of Harmony but the curtains leading there feel uninviting. Overall: Okay/ would not recommend. Harmony Tea Bar has lot of potential its just that they need to tweak somethings.

I ordered the Oolong Milk Tea with quartered sugar and boba. What I got was Milk, some sugar and boba. The drink had no tea flavor at all and my friend and wife can both attest to that. I really had high hope for this place since it is the closest boba place to where I live. I will not be back if my experience is representative of the drink in this place. Im revising my review after the owner contacted me and I went back and tried the drink again. It was better than before but the tea flavor is still lacking. I believe they made the cold Oolong tea more concentrated because when it is used in a mix drink with milk, the flavor of the tea gets too diluted. Since this place is close to my home, I will gave it a few more attempt to see if they get better.

Harmony is a great place to hang out and do work/homework. I go there almost every week and get the Hibiscus Cooler with boba, and its consistently great. They also mark down their pastries to $2 after 5pm, so its a good place to grab a snack. It would be a better experience if they had more tables and seating, or if they had heaters for their outdoor tables since it is always completely packed and can be very hard to find a seat. The drinks are also pretty slow to come out, sometimes taking 10-15 minutes, but they do brew it all fresh there for you to see.

Great new place to hang out - teas are really high quality, made to order, and the boba made perfectly. Service was top notch, friendly and knowledgable cashier. Love the decor and cleanliness. Also, everything is in the open, so you know they use powders or syrups. Tried the sea sal jasmine green tea (brewed to order) and black milk tea. Finally, a tea/boba place in MV!!! Will definitely return!!! Parking was easy, they are located behind the Snowstation.

I was down in Southern California and had to make a visit to Harmony Tea Bar, since I follow them on Instagram. I was not disappointed. I ordered the strawberry lemon green tea (seasonal). One of the best places Ive ever had boba. The tea was awesome. Not to strong and a hint of sweetness. I would definitely recommend this place if you are down near the Mission Viejo area.

I loved everything here from the staff to the great selection of food and snacks. This place is a hidden treasure! The space is wide open and airy with great Tea Bar and wifi. Although the building is a bright green it completely goes unnoticed. I just happened to stumble upon it and am flying did. Im definitely going back.

Whenever I come here the staff is so friendly, helpful and nice. The boba, tea, refreshers and the snacks they serve are all awesome. 5 stars, recommended for sure. Also the store itself is so cute and very calming/relaxing, just to do homework or chill out, they even have games. One of my favorite places :)

I started coming here about two months ago. Honestly the employees are so nice and funny. The setting/atmosphere is so relaxing and inviting. The teas are very refreshing. My favorites are the watermelon green tea and the Lavender Earl Grey. The desserts are very tasty. I recommend the Marble Cookie.

Nice place to sit down. Warm atmosphere. Board games and tables in the back. Staff here were nice enough to exchange drinks if you dont like it. I dont recommend the caramel milk tea. Had a big gulp of pure caramel syrup as it sat, on the bottom and sides, not mixed. The Honey milk tea was ok.

Diverse drink menu, not much food. Popularity exceeds the seating space. Tea is the new coffee. Seems like its frequented by younger groups. All this could make it your ideal spot, but if youre looking for an older style tea house to sip tea and chat quietly, this isnt it.

This tea bar has a wide selection of teas. We ordered a lavender earl grey tea and found it a tiny bit sweet or "fruity". The staff were very nice and helpful. We like that they offer almond and soy milk options.
