My experience was amazing! i recently went in to correct a drink i ordered at a different location, at first the male cashier asked me what exactly it was that i expected from my drink and he suggested of ways it could be fixed. It was my first time ordering this tea...but i did not taste like something Starbucks would sell. while he was giving me an explanation of the tea, a female barista quickly made the drink for me to sample (without me even having to ask!) . Right away she made me a completely new drink. She definitely has great customer service!!

The barista who assisted me name was Patricia. I didnt get her last name but she was of darker complexion. She was amazing! She embodies customer service. Not only did she make my time at your location an enjoyable one she made me fill like family. I will be returning to this location again just to have great service provided to me in the manner in which she provided. She is a great representation of your company values. I am rating this starbucks 5 stars because of her customer service and the fact that my order was made correct and tasted amazing.

I come to this Starbucks a lot. Typically around 2pm and every time I am forced to wait 10mins at the register before someone decides to finally ring me up. Literally I am the only person in line and its ludicrous to make someone wait like this.

Having a deaf person working drive through is a bad idea.. no disrespect. Repeating my order and still get it wrong. They always dont start making the drinks until im at the window ready to pay so they can lip read. Frustrating sometimes.

Starbucks (Fairfield Location) Parking is tough here. The staff is great. My drinks come out nice and hot. They have a great selection of food. I dont think its the best location. But it is a good place for a quick coffee break.

Just paid $4 for a drink that I wont. Asked for a vanilla latte with soy. Its so sweet I can only stand a tiny bit of it and will toss the rest. You people need to taste your handiwork before turning it loose on the public..
