I retired in 2008 and starting hanging out at this store because its close and my daughter used to work there while she was in High School. I met a bunch of great guys and became good friends with most of them; some of them have been at this store for over 20 years where they became known as the "Starbucks guys". Very recently the first guy I met there was escorted out by OC deputies after being reported by the manager for behavior. I wasnt there but I know him well. We would get loud sometimes but never out of control. We never had any problems until this latest manager started at the store where we were asked to "keep it down" or we would be asked to leave. Many times OC deputies were actually part of our group. Suffice it to say, after 20+ years for some in the group, this was the last straw and we are meeting at a new location. This review is for friends who may be wondering what happened to the "Starbucks guys". Just ask around; we arent far away and are easy to find.

Extremely poor customer service. Walked over to Starbucks on a hot August afternoon with my son for the two-for-one macchiato special. There were two other people in front of us, and the barista is taking a long time with a lady that doesnt know how to use her Starbucks app to pay for her order. She finally pays, and the guy ahead of me orders the two-for-one machiato special. But when I try to order, the barista tells me its now after 5pm and I have to pay full price because it is one minute after the special ended. Seriously? We were in line before 5pm, and we should have received the advertised special as offered. We walked home hot and thirsty. My suggestion to management is to improve the customer service skills of its baristas.

Great staff, always friendly. FREE Wi-Fi, they dont make you pay for it. If you pay attention there are two free Wi-Fi services in the area. One is from Starbucks Google and the other is from Cox. Cox is the one that makes you pay not Starbucks Google. Service has always been pretty efficient. Even when they are busy it is still very good when you actually take into consideration the amount of people that are in the coffee shop. During the Autumn season I love the Cranberry Bliss bar and the Thanksgiving Turkey and Stuffing panini.

Tiny store. This Starbucks is almost always packed and the Wi-Fi is super slow. The last time I went here they made people pay to use the Wi-Fi. The staff here are pretty bad. I would avoid this Starbucks all together. It lacks all the things that make a Starbucks nice. The service here is also slow and its almost always crowded.

They have really good service and they help you decide If you dont know the menu right or you want to try something new. However. When the kids get out of school its really hard to gets things a bit faster cause well there really busy at that time.

Busy store, great service, good drinks and food. Just remember, they are next to a high school so its busy before (approx 7am) school and right after (3pm), otherwise, great store, lots of people come to work on their lap tops or read.

Busy location, so if you are in a hurry I recommend mobile ordering. Not a large location, so seating is no guarantee. There are a fee tables outside too, but the sidewalk is small.

Small shop, usually a line but most people take it to go. Parking right in front. Not too many tables. Afternoon rush of high school kids can make the wait long.
