Two of us ordered side by side today about 1:00. The place didnt seem very busy. Took a seat and began the waiting journey. And a journey it was. Moses had it easy. The flies! So many flies. Buzzing to and fro. Ugh. About 15 minutes after we order one order arrives, without silverware. The waitress said she would be right back. Liar. I watched her head to the tip jar and register and start counting out money and such. So were sitting there looking at one plate of food and no method to eat as employees wonder by this whole time. Figure the silverware would come with the second order, so didnt say anything, figuring it would only be a moment. Well, after about 10 minutes we got tired of waiting and went and asked where the second dish was. And asked for silverware. The cashier apologized. Another few minutes later she found the missing dish and brought it to us. So from ordering to eating, about 30 minutes. With the flies and a toddler running around the whole time it seemed like an hour. The food was OK. Not worth the hassle or wait. Sorry, wont be coming back.

I want to give Coffee republic a full five stars. The food is really good, the atmosphere is relaxed and normally the service is pretty darn good. If I had written this review three weeks ago they would have gotten those extra two stars; and I just may go back and grant them at a later time - BUT - two weeks in a row we had bad service. They have messed up our orders - or flat out forgotten our orders; last week it took us over an our to get our food in the morning and we barely got an apology from the overworked server.

I have a person connection with this place. I live in Lincoln but make it a point to get my drinks here. Sometimes when I run late after work the great crew will leave my drinks out for my by the door and I gladly pay the next day. I recently had a daughter and we start our Sundays off here every week. This is our place. She smells the flowers and picks them regardless of the times I tell her NO! Non the less the people that work at coffee republic make it even better. Thank you. Claude-

Great atmosphere, lively staff, but a long wait for the food. Granted, it was lunchtime on a Saturday, but it felt like the kitchen wasnt ready for the rush. Bistro BLT was a hearty meal, didnt need a side or anything to supplement it, but make sure you have plenty of napkins on hand. Some tables offer power outlets for electronics - a nice accommodation. I think the place would benefit from the younger staff members taking pride in their work, though.

Updated review: Came back a few weeks since my first review and Im happy to share they now have multiple high chairs and booster seats!! Thanks for accommodating families and addressing customer concerns. Super impressed. First review: Great food and good service but not kid friendly. Only 1 high chair for entire restaurant and no change tables. Too bad would love to come back.

I love the people, drink quality, and atmosphere of this place. There are so many different specialty drinks and teas to choose from. I love their soy vanilla latte and the Blue Eyes tea. This is definitely a spot where you can run or bike to, or even bring the pup and enjoy your drink and food outside. The food here is also good, lots of menu options.

Discovered this lovely place a few weeks ago, and havent gone to Starbucks since! Their coffee is amazing, they have wonderful tea selections, and I wasnt expecting it from a coffee shop, but they serve GREAT food! They have a bring to table service, and the staff are so incredible :) Definitely my favorite local buisness! Super fast wifi, too!

Great lunch spot! Huge delicious sandwiches and salads using unique and quality ingredients. The beverage menu leans heavily in the coffee and tea direction. Large outdoor patio with plenty of shade and some limited indoor seating. You wont leave hungry and will likely make it a point to head back.

Great Cafe! This place has everything from great coffee and pastries to lots of cozy indoor and outdoor seating, salads, sandwiches, teas, juices, quiches and more. The food is delicious. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is awesome. This place gets a VERY BIG recommendation from me.

A few relatively minor changes, but (to this point)still an enjoyable Sunday morning coffee experience. Seems to be more shouting, boisterous conversations going on, but that may be due to the level and type of music bring piped in. Will continue to visit, at least, for now.

This place was hoppin in Folsom on a Saturday morning. Its a jump-off spot for cyclists, and has a large outdoor area, which is doable until about 11 am in the summers before it gets too hot. The sandwich options and breakfast all looks good, definitely recommend.

This is one of the few coffee shops in this area that 1) is open late 2) serves a wide variety of hot dishes 3) is mega popular with college kids and retired folk alike. One thing Id like to see is more latte art, but thats like asking for an A+ from an A

My taste buds are watering in anticipation of their classic BLT with potato salad! I just love this meal along with a large mango iced tea. The food is so fresh, the staff are very friendly and you cant beat the atmosphere! You will love this place.

Absolutely excellent portions, very fresh, and friendly atmosphere, and tasty! I was midway through my century bike ride and found Coffee Republic on Google maps. I loved every minute of it. Coffee was also great! Will definitely come again!

These guys are so amazingly kind and outgoing! The coffee is great. The food is awesome. They are willing to experiment to try to make something you like. Only downside is limited selection of sugar free syrups.

Wonderful neighborhood coffee shop. Large and varied menu for lunch and breakfast. The outside seating in nice and big. Try their iced black and white mocha. Fabulous.
