This Starbucks WAS the BEST Starbucks around. I WOULD HAVE recommended this location to anyone and everyone. They DID have the best customer service I had experienced from any Starbucks...Until about 6 months or so ago. I dont know what happened or why it happened, but I very slowly began to notice small changes in this locations Customer Service, timeliness, friendliness, and the way they prepare their drinks and food. I started having to wait longer and longer for my drink in the morning, even when there was no one else ahead of me in line, half the time was drink was made VERY poorly, there was even one morning that I showed up for my coffee like I had EVERY SINGLE DAY for the past TWO YEARS, and someone had failed to show up to open the store (perhaps not a storewide issue, but nevertheless just one more thing to add to all of the others). As I stated above, I have been going to this location practically every single day for two years, if not longer. I even go out of my way to drive to this location on my days off rather than to go to the one near my house because the customer service WAS better and they USED TO make drinks very well. Im not the only person who has had NUMEROUS problems at this location. Several of my co-workers, my boss included, have had several issues with this Starbucks location. Just two days ago my Boss ordered her usual HOT drink, and because the Starbucks employee did not put the lid on well enough, when my Boss picked up her drink the lid popped off and spilled all over her desk all over papers and almost on her computer. Luckily it didnt burn her, but it very well could have and almost did. To top this all off, I went back to this location today to ask them to re-make my drink as well as my Boss drink because they were made poorly and incorrectly. The original manager, I believe she may be the store manager, came to the Drive-Thru window and with an attitude said to me "I made your drinks today, whats wrong with them?" I told her that she did NOT make my drink, although she may have made my Boss, and I explained the problems we had at which point she attempted to make an argument out of the issue. After she re-made my drink she came back to the window, handed it to me, and said "Try it and make sure its good this time". I told her it was probably fine and looked like she made it the way it should be made and she VERY rudely snapped back and said "Just try it before you go!". I took a sip of my drink and told her it was fine and once again she attempted to start arguing with me about it and then walked away. When another employee handed me the second drink, I made sure to have him let her know she wont need to worry about having to re-make any drinks because I will NEVER AGAIN be stepping foot in that Starbucks location, IF I ever go to another Starbucks again. Once again, I go to Starbucks evey single day, if not twice a day, and I spend a MINIMUM of $5 PER DAY if not $10-$15. This location, if not all of Starbucks in general, will now be losing a VERY valued customer, as well as a MINIMUM of $35 a week ($140 per month, $1680 per year) all because their customer service has been flushed down the toilet, and I no longer wonder why, because with a Manager like that its no wonder why the rest of the Staff slacks off and provides poor service as well. I should also mention that because I have been going to this location for so long, I came to know the morning crew fairly well, which is why I tried to overlook a lot of the screw ups that were happening, but once again, this just topped it all off. There are a handful of employees that I do like and that have always been very nice to me, and I do feel so bad that they have to continue working under such poor management. Also, the drink that was remade for me was WORSE than the original.

I have been going to this Starbucks for about 7years now and get a daily, sometimes 2coffees a day and this does include weekends too! Up until the last 4to 6 months I was getting on advantage a really good coffee! Then all of a sudden I was getting really bad drinks, sometimes even so far off that I was getting a different drink completely! This happened to 3times in one month, that Id have drive all the way back through the Starbucks drive through, after already sitting in it for 10-15+ mins just to let them know I got a completely different drink all together! (Please note I go through the drive through a lot because my baby falls asleep in his car seat and I cant leave him in the car...otherwise Id go inside!) once I get back through the line they would just laugh, no apologies! Besides not getting my actual drink, Ive been getting really horrible tasting drinks, where it feels as though people are just rushing through and not following the actual recipe and never read the nots if you ask for and extra pump or two of flavor! Even though this had been happening to me I just sucked it up and keep coming back, because of the previous experience I had and never complain, well that all ends today, yesterday and today I order the new Chilie mocha, which I really liked and yesterday I was like oh this feels a bit light...two inches where missing of drink, today I get it, drive away and almost 1/2 of my venti drink is missing...WTH?! I just gave you almost $6 and you gave me a tall drink!!! This is just beyond getting crazy out of control with customer satisfaction and now I just feel taken advantage of, as Ive known a lot of these people working here for years! Sorry to all that continue to do a good job there at the sunrise location, but sham on the employees who dont care enough to follow through for your customers! Please look into this locations training because its really starting to nose dive, I know Im not the only one who experiences this at this location, Ive had other office personnel come and throw their coffee out because it was so bad! Really dont appreciate how Starbucks handled their drinks today. My girlfriend and I ordered a latte and a mocha and the drinks had coffee in them instead of espresso. We even tasted a few grounds from the coffee. If you ran out of something you should have told us rather than served us a drink we didnt order and charged us the premium latte and mocha prices. If we wanted coffee, we would have ordered it and paid a whole lot less than what we did. This was just one of the many times they had messed up our drink orders at this location. Its on a consistent basis that they mess them up, literally about every other time and now were fed up and wont be coming back. Im pretty sure if you had enough customers complain about your store switching their drinks when youre out of something there could be a class action lawsuit on your hands, much less the amount of times youve underfilled our cups or given us a venti when we asked for a grande.
