I had friends from out of town. We were seated with no problem. After we were seated we ordered our drinks and given menus. It was 25 mins before our orders were taken. The orders came all all different times. The appetizer arrived, 3 mins later the 1st entree appeared, 15 mins later our 2nd meal came. Our rice order was delivered 15 mins later. After all this time a staff person came to our table to announce the chicken that was ordered wasnt going to be cooked tonight. I ask you dont have chicken; he replied we have chicken we are not making that dish you need to order something else. He handed me the menu I said I need a couple of mins to decide. He said ok Ill be back. MORE THAN 30 MINS PAST HE NEVER RETURNED. I had lemon water for my dish. The manager and a man who 1st said he was the manager were rude uncaring offered Im sorry. What a joke. Then she finally said well take off the drinks. Another joke. Our drink tab was $13 a staff member brought us $4 cash and his exact words were "here" and walked off. I went to the register ask to speak to the manager again I told our drink total was $13 she said that will take off the coke. I told you our drinks thats $13 no we cant give you the money on the beer. I cant tell you how the food tasted because I never tasted it. The was probably this worst dining experiences I have ever had. My friends were tried from flying we spent over 2 hours , slow service. The customer service was unfair and unwilling to resolve the problem. There were some many coming to the table it was never clear who was the main waiter. The lady manager ask me what did you have to eat looking at my clean plate I said thats why were talking I didnt get anything but this lemon water. She was going to take my meal off the ticket another ha ha try. I told the manager I was going to write this review

This restaurant is a hidden gem, that my wife (yet again) discovered. We have been here for lunch twice and the food and service has been fantastic both times. For lunch we ordered several small dishes which came freshly cooked straight from the kitchen. I know this because the food was piping hot. All the dishes we ordered were delicious. Its really is a great place to eat authentic Asian cuisine at a reasonable price. The food was accompanied by a pot of Jasmine Tea which was refilled as needed. The staff are very attentive and clear plates and look after you with a smile. Well worth a visit if not just for the lunchtime menu.

Went as part of a party of ten using the banquet menu. The staff were attentive, the food came out fast (to fast, the courses started layering up), the food was forgettable. Its not bad food, its just bland. My wife and I couldnt remember all of the courses an hour after we left. The group had leftovers and instead of people arguing over who would get what it just eat at the table into one person decided to take it all with no complaints from the others.

Nice modern decor. Im not sure if the service was having an off day when others went there or if theyve read the reviews and have upped their game but the service was one of the best Ive experienced in a Chinese restaurant. The food was tasty and had options beyond the standard sim sum menu. I recommend it.

First time, came for lunch. Very nice decor. Lots of dim sum choices in all price ranges. Food came out quickly after we checked off selections. Attentive staff. Photos on menus or dim sum choices brought around would be helpful for those unfamiliar with menu items.

No smiles, no service. $16 for a congee where every piece of chicken was either made of fat and gristle, or had bones and cartilage? No thank you! And WHEW do they rush you out quick quick!

Dim Sum- taste great. Service- great if you speak Cantonese. I would give 5 stars on food alone. To be fair, i landed with 3 to count on establishments response to improving service.

Good quality for the price. I rate it below the other two local dim sum restaurants. However, Mayflower comes close and cost less. If you cant taste the difference, why pay more.
