Cheddar....bay....biscuits. Is there anything else I really need to say? But seriously, you know what youre getting at Red Lobster, large portions of seafood, be it grilled, baked, or fried, baked or mashed potatoes, and always, those biscuits. My family was there to celebrate a birthday, so we were a slightly larger than usual party, and were handled pretty well by their wait staff. I had issues keeping track who exactly was in charge of our table, but somehow, our food and drinks made their way to the table without issue. My deepest issue with Red Lobster is the lighting. I get they keep the lights down low to create a certain ambiance, but it really gets to you after a while. Im thinking I should make a visit to the optometrist just to make sure my vision hasnt deteriorated after my time spent in that lighting. There are places you can get excellent seafood for a better price, but if you want to enjoy some low lighting and good service, Red Lobster is a good option.

So we came to celebrate 3 birthdays and they had really BAD service!! They were very late bringing our food, they gave us attitude when we would remind them of the items we were still missing, and speaking to Morgan the floor manager did not help! To top it off, the check was wrong because we were charged additional items that we never ordered! When speaking to the waiter about this, he said we needed to speak to the manager yet again; time went by and she never showed up. The restaurant wasnt even packed as it usually is for endless shrimp. Not coming back!

Pricey -! ( everything.. is an upgrade...) but absolutely delicious. The steak was a tad tough, my upgraded corn cob was overcooked and cold.. They didnt have crab forks, offer a bib, or a steam cloth. I enjoyed my snow crab, its a messy, wet meal. Expect to spend over $100. for dinner for two. Thats if you want the crab or lobster. . . $10 a drink but you get to keep the cups. LOL. thanks.

They went crazy with the dressing on my salad. It was just unbearable to eat. My lobster tail was overcooked so the meat was stiff and had a burnt taste to it. My friend had the steamed lobster and he seemed to like it. But then again, any one of us couldve easily done it at home. No cooking skills are needed to steam a lobster.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We came during Crabfest, the food was pretty damn good. The crab cooler drink was very delicious, I had 2. Between the appetizers, salad and food we were pretty full and still had plenty to take home. Would come back again.

Ive only been to Red Lobster once in my lifetime and it was this one. Ive always seen the commercials and they always make the food look so good, but when I finally went, it was okay at best. Employees are friendly, but the food was just mediocre.
