I would have to say this place is one of those "dont judge a book by its cover". Was in the area and found it on Yelp. Decided to come here based off the good reviews. After arriving, we were very skeptical as the exterior of the restaurant is, shall I say, not too appealing. Well, after trying the food, WHO CARES!!! I cant say that Ive tried BBQ here and there and everywhere. But I do know good food when I try it. I ordered the Sampler platter, which came with Pulled Pork, Brisket, Spareribs, Chicken, Hot Links, and 2 sides. Knowing full well that I wouldnt be able to finish the meal, as warned by our waitress. The plan was to take the rest home for leftovers. The food: Pulled Pork - This is by far the best Pulled Pork Ive ever had. Juicy and smokey. Pure Pork Perfection 5 stars Brisket - The brisket was pull apart tender. Most of the brisket Ive had before was rubbery. 5 stars Spareribs - Ive had better. Not that theirs wasnt good. 3 stars Chicken - Saved for leftovers. Did not try. If I remember, I will update later. Hot Links - I love spicy food and I think I can really handle my spice. These had a kick which really surprised me. Forgot to ask if these were housemade. 5 stars Sides - Ordered 2 baked beans. Ate one there and saved the other to take home. These were on the sweet side. Not my cup of tea, but my cuz liked them. 3 stars I would definitely come here again if ever in the area. The pulled pork was that damn good. I live too far away to be able to come on a regular basis. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves their BBQ.

Best BBQ in the area, hands down! Used to be a regular when I lived there. Now I hit it up whenever Im in the area. Reviews regarding poor service- they can get REALLY busy, so be warned. They arent rude, just busy. (its because everyone LOVES the BBQ) If youre looking for designer food, look elsewhere. This is simple BBQ in its prime. If youre expecting super-over-the-top service via cheesecakefactory, youll be disappointed... This is BBQ Pretty much everything is good on the menu. They can run out of certain meats. This is because everything is "cooked day of"... a lot of the meats (brisket) take all day to cook. So if 10 people before you order it... it i could be gone. Pulled Pork and Beef Brisket Sandwiches are my favorites. Enjoy!

Terrible service, bad food, and a somewhat family feel that is overlooked due to other mismanagements. Our waiter didnt give us the time of day she sped through each visit to our table as if she was running a marathon. She only came about 6 times during our maybe 2 hour visit including escorting us to the table. One girl yelled at us for sitting on what she believed was her car but was ours and when she realized her mistake she didnt acknowledge it but only gave us attitude and went in the kitchen to never be seen again. As we were outside saying our goodbyes to our party several people came outside and watched us as if we were going to rob the place. Over all just stay at home and just grill some hotdogs your not missing anything...

After a summer road trip that had us traveling through Americas bbq joints this is a very good bbq establishment that is local to us. The brisket was tender and moist smoky flavor and good amount of fat. Tri tip was chopped up into a sandwich with is not a good sign was actually decent but it needed extra sauce. The star of this lunch was the 3 little pigs. Pulled pork hot link bacon on thick cut sourdough with jalapeños and cheese. really wel put together. I will be back to try other dishes soon.

Slaw goopy, the sausage is way too spicy hot. Is It too much much to ask for the servers to tell you that the sausage is spiced like a flamethrower so you can NOT order it? Mentioned to server. Just said yeah its spicy.. Staff asked standard "how was your meal"? I fell for It and told them they sausage was way spicy. Same "who cares" response. $14 for a 2 meat plate is a bit much, imo. Ok on the good side. The brisket was great. Good flavor and texture... would would get It again.

Was looking for an cool little place to try and stumbled upon this one. $6 for a big plate of food for their lunch special - a couple of beef ribs, chicken breast, cole slaw and rice/gravy. The best BBQ on the planet? No. But for $6, it was a great meal of food I love, a nice family atmosphere, and very friendly people. Definitely recommend if youre looking for BBQ and dont want to spend $20.

Im from Texas and we know how to use a BBQ pitt. But this place by far beats most BBQ places back home. Yes, sorry Texas, I have to admit it. This place got it right. The beef brisket plate was delicious- the sauce was perfect, not too sweet or bitter, and the texture of the brisket was oh so tender. It melts in your mouth!! Look out Texas, youve got some MAJOR competition it California!

My wife and I were sorely disappointed by this restaurant. Wed heard such good things about it, but the food and services were very disappointing. The quality of the bbq sauce and the meat was below what we were expecting, and the serve came to our table three times (and the place was not busy at all). The decor was very lack luster, felt more like slapped together than designed.

Not really a BBQ fan. But this place makes me feel like a starved animal finding a piece of meat after a few day with no food. Wow I just realized that was overdramatic. lol My friend and I got the beef brisket and beef ribs. Excellent flavor. Definitely the best BBQ. Such a friendly, fun and family type place. Recommended

Very high quality meat used for beef brisket. The brisket was unique because it was sliced thick but still very tender. Sides are good and I think they switch up the vegetable side offerings on a regular basis. Id give it a 4.5 if I could. FYI, I am a highly experienced eater of beef brisket.

My friends and I came during the lunch time which was medium busy. The service was good but the food was EXCELLENT! I have never gone during dinner time, so maybe reason people say the food is ok or the service is bad. Go when 1st open I would suggest.

Not too bad for our first time. Had a pulled pork sandwich it was yummy. Our server was fast and sweet. Would deff come back. Only thing I would not recommend is sitting next to the restrooms. But maybe thats just my personal opinion. Thumbs up!

This place has great BBQ and service. The cowboy burger is my favorite. Their loaded spuds are very good. Corn bread with honey butter,,,, gotta try it. Brisket and tri tip sandwiches are good value. So far have not been dissatisfied. Thanks!

My job rewards us with this Barbeque for good numbers and I must say everyone is real happy when they do. The brisket just melts in your mouth and the beans. ....omg the beans!! The best BBQ in the valley. Im going to get some now.
