Walked in...the place just had a dirty feel. Ordered a sandwhich that came with soup. The waitress brought my soup to the table and there was a long dark hair right on top. The waitresses were too busy talking so i showed the busboy and he told the waitress so she got another cup for me and proceeded to say well i know it wasnt my hair cuz my hair is 4ft long and she laughed. Not sure if she was insinuating it was mine but gross to say nonetheless. She brought my new cup...not the greatest soup but after 4 bites found another hair in the soup. So i could not finish it. How disgusting. The waitresses were huddled talking loudly and putting their lip gloss on instead of asking us for refills or asking if our food was okay. Will not go back ever. Yuck.

My family and I eat here very often. Large portions and delicious food! The kids meals are huge! Every time my kids order food, I am amazed at the amount of food on the plate. Plus they get ice cream sundaes after they eat, as part of their meals. Owners are super nice and always shoeing their appreciation for your business. The only complaint that I would have is that their service is hit or miss. Most of the time, we have great service but once in a while, we get a servery that is horrible and completely oblivious to the parameters of her job. Other than that, we love Park City and highly recommend it!

Arrived around 8AM on a Tuesday. Waitress hollered to sit anywhere. We did (party of 3). My wife asked for coffee right away, which was done. Waited at least ten minutes for the waitress to bring menus and then another ten for her to return to take the order. Food was OK - scrambled egg hash browns and toast, not much different from anywhere else. When we were done, we waited and waited for the waitress to return with the bill. Seems they either need another waitress or a lesson in attentiveness. Not planning on returning.

This is the diner me and my boyfriend always go to when were hungry, dont have a ton of cash, and want a fresh meal. When we first moved to the area, everyone we know from here recommended that we come here, and that was almost a year ago, and we are here almost once a week! Great specials and prices, food is always hot and fresh, the staff is so friendly, and everything is delicious! We always put our phones down, focus on us and our dinner, and always have a positive experience.

This place was ok...the food and service was just OK-nothing spectacular. I was assisting my friend who was in a wheelchair. The entrance and exit was very difficult to get through. The bus boy assisted us on the way in, which was nice. However, the owner at the register was way too busy on her phone to be bothered with assisting us on the way out. I will not be back, and would not recommend!!!

Stopped at 11:00 am today and was seated immediately. Served water and menus. Waitresses passed us several times. Put my coffee cup right side up, so I could get coffee. No one came to our table once. Saw customers get attention after us, water, coffee, orders taken. Most depressing to think we were ignored for 10 minutes. Finally just got up and left. We will not go there for a long time.

We like Park City because its local, the servers are friendly, and they have a diverse menu. Their "power lunch" specials are a great buy, as are their breakfast specials. Its a rare occasion when the owner doesnt stop by to check on your table. Its not fancy, and it definitely has that hometown-diner feel. Its a reliable choice for any meal of the day.

Be careful with the wait staff..there are a couple of them that if you ask for anything you will get treated like crap. And dont go in there a half hour before they close because they get uptight and make you feel unwanted. Otherwise the food is really good..go for the younger waitress because the older ones there dont give very good service.

Went there for first time today. Kristie was a new waitress and was friendly and very knowledgeable. She did a great job. The food was very good. There was so much we ended up taking half home. Senior dinners come with soup, salad, entree, dessert and coffee. We will definitely be back

Was there for lunch on a weekday, I was greeted and seated immediately. The waitress was there to take my drink order before I could open the menu. The wait for my order was minimal. The drink glasses are small, but theyre kept full. The food was fantastic. I will be going there again.

Food was great. Temperature of restaurant was on the warm side. Waitress service was almost nonexistent she claimed she was the only waitress on duty. We did see her sitting in a booth talking on her phone. Because of the food and price I will try them again.

The biscuits and gravy are delicious, hash browns are cooked fairly well. The bacon is always crispy. Coffee kinda sucks, but they are really good at keeping your cup full, and its not the worst Ive ever had. Very fast service, and a great wait team.

I go to this restaurant nearly every week. The food is fresh, extremely tasty and the service is fantastic. There are so many good items on the menu that I cannot name a favorite. Excellent portions, I usually end up taking some home.

I worked here for 3 days and left. The place needs a complete overhaul!! Very old looking and the food is subpar. Went to work at Milwaukee grill and that was the best decision. Awesome food!!!

the waitress was rude and he service was slow. We were informed 20-25 minutes after we ordered that they were out of that particular food. Will never be coming back
